BIKER SIGHTING

From: skyshipsovercashiersnc@yahoo.com

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received this e-mail on August 30, 2010 from Rick Moore of Franklin, NC. Following the e-mail is his story which was the bulk of a March 25, 2009 column by Roger Marsh with examiner.com. The testimony shows that large triangular Sky Ships have been seen for decades in the mountains of Western North Carolina. The way it behaved supports the common belief that triangular ships are man made.

I came across your site by accident (?) and as a long time resident of this area, I thought I would share a true story that happened to myself and my (ex) wife back in late March of 1986 in Jackson County. Rather than relate it all over again, I will just link to a story done about the sighting. . . .

If you have any questions or would like to use this true report, please feel free to do so, and you may use my real name. . . .

I believe we are in a very special area indeed, and I have met many people who ended up around here but had no idea why! I am originally from Miami, Florida and have been here for almost 30 years now after being drawn here by a “feeling” long ago. I had an auto detailing business some years ago in Cashiers at the EXXON and so I know the area pretty well, and have no doubt that it is a '”special” area indeed. Have a great day and I hope you enjoy reading about our experience.

Rural motorcyclist witness to massive triangle UFO

In early (March) of 1986 we were married about six months and living in a cabin in Jackson County, NC in the Adie community. The road leading home is the Old Sylva Highway; a two lane country road, and it was about 11 p.m. that night.

There was no other traffic, which was normal at that hour, and we were slowly cruising home on my motorcycle. Just past the beer distributor (Budd), I looked up at the night sky and noticed that a red light was just coming over head; it was so close overhead that I was startled. I pulled the Yamaha over to the side of the road and we pulled our helmets off.

Coming from south to north was a triangular craft, with a red light at each tip. It was no more than about 100 yards above us, and the red lights were at least 100 yards in between each one, forming a perfect triangle. It was massive - huge. I was experiencing a gut fear; it looked so heavy, so massive, that I was having a primal fear that if it set straight down we would be reduced to a smear on the ground. I recall thinking, "My God, I could hit it with a pistol!!" and then "I could hit it with a strong bow!!" That’s how low it was.

I could not see the sky between the lights, but could not make out a definite outline of the craft either…but the red lights never varied in position and were traveling "flat," meaning that one red light was at the "front" of the thing and the other two were at the rear. . . it was moving north.

Just to make sure that I was not having some mental issue, I began immediately asking my wife to tell me what she was seeing…doing a "reality check" of sorts, to make sure that I was not misinterpreting what was happening. But, she was seeing exactly the same thing and related it perfectly in accordance with what I was seeing.

The craft came over us

The craft was totally silent. No noise at all. It was moving very slowly, maybe 5-10 mph at most, just "drifting" over us, if something that looked as if it weighed a million tons could "drift." It had a "feeling" about it; not bad, but intelligently controlled. I could "feel" that it was occupied and flown purposefully. The craft came over us and began moving slowly away to the north.

It gained in altitude as we watched, and at a point when it was perhaps 500 feet up or so, it STOPPED, TURNED THE ONE FRONT FACING RED LIGHT UP TO THE TOP OF THE ARRAY, WITH THE OTHER TWO AT THE BOTTOM, AND CARTWHEELED OFF INTO THE EASTERN SKY!!!

That really blew us away. We were stunned and began talking about how the occupants had "buzzed" us intentionally. It seemed to us that the craft had spotted a lone motorcycle on the road and decided to play with us a bit. There is no way that this was not done with purpose.

Had the lights been off, we would no doubt have not seen anything. Had the craft not come so low that it caused a fear reaction, we might not have been attracted to it in such detail; it was as if it WANTED to be seen, and the cartwheeling at the end was a sort of "goodbye" from the operators, whom I imagined were having a good laugh at how we must be changing our drawers after such an event!!

I would be happy to relate this to someone that could plot the event on paper, and it was for sure one of the most incredible things ever to happen to us. I had about an entire 90 seconds to experience this after we stopped until it was totally out of sight, so I got a good look at the thing. I have no idea as to who was operating it, but my gut tells me it was anti-gravity for sure, probably back engineered and likely flown by humans.

I did not get the feeling through this that we were being surveyed by aliens; rather, it seemed to be a goof, someone blowing a couple of motorcyclist’s minds for a laugh. At least, that's the impression I got. The cartwheeling was no doubt intended to be seen and it was so unusual that it could only be attributed to a purposeful event.

Thanks to Evelyn Gordon for the above report.

This reminds me of a case many years ago where a group of motorcyclists were camping at Bryce Canyon campground. A huge object, described as above, came down over where they were camped for the night. All of them saw it. One of the persons in that group I have previously written about when he saw 5 landed UFOs at Red Mountain in Washington state. Could it be that they were just letting him know they were still monitoring him? Who knows the reason; it could be just coincidental. - Aileen

HOW EDGAR CAYCE DISCOVERED HE HAD DIAGNOSTIC ABILITIES

Edgar Cayce’s psychic gifts appeared at an early age. When he was six, he told his parents that he could see and talk to deceased relatives and angels. As a young boy, he astonished his teachers by memorizing every word in his spelling book by sleeping with his head on the book rather than reading it. Later, he told of a visit from an angelic being who asked him what he wished to do with his life. Cayce responded that he hoped to help heal the sick, and he was told his aspiration would be fulfilled.

Cayce first discovered that he had a sensitivity for understanding physical ailments physical ailments when he lost his voice while working as an insurance and book saleman in partnership with his father, Leslie Cayce. Cayce as working as a traveling salesman and was doing well enough to entertain thoughts of marrying. One day, in his twenty-third year, he took a sedative to treat a headache and, soon after, developed a severe case of laryngitis. He could barely speak above a whisper, but at first he was not concerned since he knew that people often lost their voices for brief periods of time. Cayce’s voice did not return, however, and after months of medical treatments and consultations with specialists failed to restore his voice, he had to give up his job and look for something that did not require him to speak.

Eventually, Cayce found a job in his hometown of Hopkinsville, Kentucky as a photographer’s assistant. By this time, he had resigned himself to never being able to speak normally again, and he took comfort in his fiancee, Gertrude, his family , and his daily reading of the Bible.

One day, a traveling hypnotist by the name of Hart the Laugh King came to Hopkinsville. Someone in town who knew of Hart’s clinical work with hypnosis told hm of Cayce’s chronic, apparently incurable loss of voice, and Hart offered to try an experiment with Edgar. Edgar agreed and was hypnotized by Hart. To the amazement of all present, Cayce was able to speak normally and clearly while under hypnosis. As soon as he was awakened, however, his voice returned to a faint whisper. This experiment was repeated several times and each time, Cayce’s voice would disappear once he was awakened from his hypnotic trance.

March 13, 1901, Hart the Laugh King was long gone, and Edgar Cayce still had no voice.

He had not given up on regaining his ability to speak, however, and he prevailed upon a local man with skill in hypnosis to help him.

Cayce went into a trance and immediately began to speak in a normal voice He quickly identified his loss of voice as a “psychological condition producing a physical effect.” He then “told himself” how to cure it: he needed to increase blood flow to his throat and upper chest. As everyone watched, Cayce’s upper body and neck became bright red as he willed blood to flow to the afflicted areas.

Upon awakening, his voice had returned.

This event was the beginning of Edgar Cayce’s life long practice of providing “readings” for people from all over the world. With no formal education, and no medical training at all, Cayce was able to identify what was wrong with people, and tell them how they could be healed. Often, all he needed was the name and address of the afflicted person. He would lie on a couch, place himself into a fugue state that was a combination of sleep and a trance, and then answer questions put to him. He did not remember what he said when he was “under,” and was often amazed at the words he had spoken during a reading. His secretary Gladys Davis transcribed everything he said during his Life Readings, most of which were conducted and guided by his wife Gertrude.

Today, all of Cayce’s readings are stored at the Association of Research and Enligtenment in Virginia Beach, Virginia and are available on CD-ROM. It was determined that Cayce answered questions on over ten thousand subjects during his readings. His success rate was extraordinarily high and far exceeded the happenstance vagaries of coincidence.

Cayce’s fame spread worldwide, and he was investigated by both skeptics and the police for his “medical advice” and for suspicion of fortune telling. One Catholic writer who visited Virginia Beach with the intention of “exposing” Cayce as a fraud instead ended up writing an acclaimed biography of Cayce.

So, was Edgar Cayce a true psychic? A Prophet? A seer? Or was he just incredibly lucky?

The evidence overwhelmingly supports that Cayce was a true clairvoyant. Some fundamentalists rage against his readings as the work of Satan, claiming that he was a promoter of demonology and the occult. This is a curious position ot take regarding someone who expressed interest in doing nothing but helping people and who read the Bible cover to cover every year of his life.

Throughout his life, Edgar Cayce claimed no special abilities nor did he ever consider himself to be some kind of twentieth-century prophet. The readings never offered a set of beliefs that had to be embraced, but instead focused on the fact that each person should test in his or her own life the principles presented. Though Cayce himself was a Christian and read the Bible from cover to cover every year of his life, his work was one that stressed the importance of comparative study among belief systems all over the world. The underlying principle of the readings is the oneness of all life, tolerance for all people, and a compassion and understanding for every major religion in the world. - Above statement by Kevin J. Todeschi who wrote Edgar
Cayce’s ESP: Who He Was, What He Said, and How it came True.

THE LOST COLONY OF ROANOKE

Sabine Minthorn, Cayuse Mother and Baby

FROM THE WEIRD 100 BOOK

DEFINITION:

The Lost Colony of Roanoke was a group of English settlers who disappeared from Roanoke Island, North Carolina, without a trace, sometime between 1587 and 1590, leaving behind nothing but the word ‘CROATOAN” carved into a fence post.

WHAT THE BELIEVERS SAY: The complete disappearance of 113 or more people, along with everything they possessed, suggests the possibility of some kind of supernatural abduction scenario. Perhaps they were all seized by aliens and beamed up to a Mothership??

John White thought it fortunate that he was arriving back at the Roanoke settlement on the day of his granddaughter’s third birthday. He had returned to England nine days after Virginia Dare’s birth in the New World, and the war with Spain had prevented his return until now. For three years, he had kept his daughter Eleanor and granddaughter Virginia in his thoughts as the British decimated the Spanish Armada, and now he was soon to see them again. “She is probably a spitting image of her mother,” he mused as his three ships neared shore. They had fired off a cannon blast to alert the settlers of their return and they had seen smoke rising from the island, which they believed was from a signal fire.

But John White and his crew were not greeted with a warm welcome from the settlers. Upon landing, they found... nothing. All the houses and structures had been “taken down.” and on a palisade fence, White found carved the word ‘CROATOAN,” which he had given them to “signifie the place, where I should find the planters seated, according to a secret token agreed upon between them and me at my last departure from them... for at my coming away, they were prepared to remove fifty miles into the maine.

More than four hundred years later, the disappearance of the Roanoke settlers remains one of American history’s most puzzling riddles.

Are there any theories about the disappearance that are more plausible than others?

Yes, and many historians believe that the notion that the settlers migrated to Croatoan on Hatteras Island makes the most sense. John White had told the settlers to carve the name of their destination on a tree or fence if they decided to pack up and move, and he had also told them to cut a Maltese cross above the name of the place if they were being forced to leave,or if they were being taken away as prisoners. There was no Maltese cross above the word Croatoan, suggesting that their departure was of their own free will.

Were they, thus assimilated into the bloodline of the Chesapeake Indians?

English explorer John Lawson visited Roanoke Island 119 years after the disappearance of the colony He spent some time with the Hatteras Indians, who were direct descendants of the original Croatoan tribe. He later wrote that the Indians told him that “several of their ancestors were white people and could talk into a book as we do, the truth of which is confirmed by gray eyes being found infrequently among these Indians and no others.

Could the colonists have been slaughtered by the Croatoan Indians, and one of the colony’s last survivors carved the name of their murderers on the palisade? Possible, but both the Spanish and the English not only carefully investigated the site of the original colony, but also searched far and wide for any sign of the colonists and came up empty-handed. One would think that there would be signs of the bloody massacre of more than one hundred people - even if it was nothing more than blood on the sand.

What about the supernatural theories? Some have posited that the entire colony was abducted by aliens, and that they were beamed up to a spaceship. This would explain the total lack of any evidence whatsoever that there had ever been anyone on Roanoke Island upon John White’s arrival.

As with all farfetched, supernatural or paranormal theories, we cannot disprove that this is what happened, as implausible as it sounds.

And thus the continuing mystery, and our conclusion here that the fate of the lost colony of Roanoke is, in the end, still inconclusive.

___________
Croatan Indian History

The legal designation in North Carolina for a people evidently of mixed Indian and white blood, found in various eastern sections of the state, but chiefly in Robeson County, and numbering approximately 5,000. For many years they were classed with the free Negroes, but steadily refused to accept such classification or to attend the Negro schools or churches, claiming to be the descendants of the early native tribes and of white settlers who had intermarried with them.

About 20 years ago their claim was officially recognized and they were given 9, separate legal existence under the title of "Croatan Indians," on the theory of descent from Raleigh's lost colony of Croatan (q. v.). Under this name they now have separate school provision and are admitted to some privileges not accorded to the negroes. The theory of descent from the lost colony may be regarded as baseless, but the name itself serves as a convenient label for a people who combine in themselves the blood of the wasted native tribes, the early colonists or forest rovers, the runaway slaves or other negroes, and probably also of stray seamen of the Latin races from coasting vessels in the West Indian or Brazilian trade.

ALIENS IN A CROP CIRLE

ALIENS IN A CROP CIRCLE
Thank you Albert Rosales for sending this most interesting report.

Location: Alton Barnes, Wilshire, England
Early August 1994

The primary witness, 53-year old Jenny, a retired teacher and a friend, 26-year old Steve were traveling in their work van representing a Gourmet food company when they came over the top of the hill by East Field and immedicately saw crop circles. The crop circles in the golden wheat were a beautiful sight that neither witness had seen before. They pulled into a farmer’s track at the side of the hill and drove up to the edge of the tramlines for a better look.

They both immediately noticed six very tall figures in the nearest crop circle. The figures appeared to be wearing hooded cowls and appeared to be purposefully moving around in the circle. The witnesses were fascanted because the people were movng around the circle with their arms high above their heads and they appeared to be all moving in a rhythmic way. They were moving from the center of the circle to the outer circumference.

Jokingly Jenny exclaimed, “Oh look we’ve caught them, they must have just made it.” At this stage the figures were about a quarter of a mile away. Jenny decided to stay in the van and wait for the strangers since they had to walk right by them when they left the field by the tramline. The six figures walked up the tramline. The figures were all over six feet tall. The two male figures among the group of six were wearing their hooded cowls up even though it wasn’t raining. The high hooded cowl worn by each of the figures resembled in profile the shape made by a penquin with its head down. These men also wore long brown capes down to ground level. The hooded cowls revealed these two males to have very large blue eyes, very high cheekbones and long pallid faces. The four females all had the same medival Pageboy style, to shoulder length and parted in the center. All of them had blue eyes. Two of the females wore green cowls and the two others wore one red and one yellow cowl. The colors of the textiles were muted and matt in color. The females had more oval faces and deep-set eyes than the males, however, they all looked so near identical it was uncanny. The females had all let their hoods down, to rest elegantly upon their hosulders, revealing their fine blond hair. What was most noiceable was their eyes, they remained both limpid and expressionless throughout. They appeared almost resigned, a grave expressionless air emanated from them that made the witnesses uneasy.

One of the females had crimped hair and a straight fringe. It was this person that came forward to Jenny at first as she passed by them, the others gathered around on her side of the van. She felt compeled to stay in the van. As she looked at the strangers she saw no limbs other than their booted feet, their bodies remaining completely covered.

Jenny spoke through the van window to the first female as she approached her, with a mischievous twinkle in her eye she said, “Are they freshly made?” The woman answered “Oh yes, they are freshly made,” in a part Germanic and part Dutch accent. In awe, Jenny asked, “Ah, have you seen these before?” “Oh yes!” was the reply. “Where are you from?” asked Jenny, while she thought in her head that they were not from this world. The surprising answer was, “We are from Holland,” said the blond female. Jenny then asked the woman if they had seen crop circles in Holland and the reply was in the affirmative. Jenny then asked, “Why do circles only seem to appear in cereal crops?” She was told that circles and patterns appear in vegetables, in cabbages, and spinach, circles in the trees, in the sand and in the ice. Jenny received no reply when she asked how had they arrived in Alton Barnes. She then asked the group what were they doing in the field. They each replied randomly from where they stood, “We are testing the circles for vibrations.” “We were dowsing with metal rods,” “We could feel the energy under our feet,” “They have just been made.” “We make a study of these circles.”

Although the strangers said they had dowsing rods they were not in evidence. Jenny then asked “What happens when dowsing rods are used?” The answer was, “When they are held in front, the rods violently swing in opposite directions. The left to the left and the right to the right.”

At this point two of the other females had just gone. Jenny checked for them in the wing mirrors, but could not see a trace of them. The woman with the crimped hair now appeared to dig her still covered arm deep inside her cape. “I have something to show you,” she told Jenny. Jenny put her hand out of the van window pinching her finger and thumb in anticipation to pick up whatever she was about to receive. “No, open your palm” came the reply. She obediently opened her hand revealing her palm”. Quickly the stranger’s hand darted out of her sleeve as she pulled something out from within her cloak. It was a very rapid darting movement, but in that time she noticed that the fingers were extremely long and without an obvious thumb.

A piece of metal about twice the size of the British 50 pence piece now lay on Jenny’s palm. It was about a quarter of an inch thick. It fitted close to her skin, almost as if the metal had something soft and molten about it This was the rounded side underneath the object. The metal looked like a new pewter, and the shape tapered at one end. The top surface had hundreds of little facets cut like diamonds. On top of this, there was a little cut motif. It was rather like the shape of a fern leaf but with fractal like detail similar to that found but with ice on a frozen windowpane. There were also many tiny holes, similar to the tiny holes fround in an old piece of driftwood. It was beautiful and Jenny looked at the strange object for two minutes without saying anything. She gave it to Steve so he could hold it and he exclaimed how light it was. Jenny turned to the female at the window and went to plant the object where she expected her hand to be, but was told, “Put out your hand out flat.” Again her hand without a visible thumb shot out rapidly and took the object back. Jenny was told that they had found the object in a crop circle in Holland and that scientists had examined it and said that it was not from the Earth, that it came from outer space.

“We must go now” said the woman as she began to move behind the van with the other remining female. Again Jenny looked back and they did not go up the path and they did not go up the bank. They just vanished. Now the two male hooded figures remained behind, which up to now had been quietly watching the witnesses. They then stepped forward silently. Jenny turned to them and said, “Well what do you think this all means then?” Again came a reply in heavy Dutch German accents, and once more the men took it in turns to speak. They looked like twins and sounded the same.

“They are trying to tell us something, we will not listen.” Jenny questioned them on their statement. They each answered again in turns. “Earth’s resources are finite.” “We must stop pillaging the earth.” “We must stop exploiting each other and stop killing each other or God will be very angry.” Then one of them said. “Did you know that the DNA of the wheat that has been flattened is different from the wheat that is standing next to it?” Jenny told the men that she had heard that before,, they seemed surprised at this. Then they said, “we must go now.” Then they proceeded to pass the van and with a step toward the road they vanished. They disappeared just like the others. Both witnesses then proceeded to explore the crop circles. They found blackened sections in the center of the circles.

COMMENTS: A clear-cut case, apparently directly connecting crop circle activity with “alien”humanoids. The cloaked or hooded humanoids have been reportedl frequently in different parts of the world. I believe that God has been angry with us for a while now.

EXTRATERRESTRIAL AIRSHIP PILOT

Extraterrestrial Airship Pilot "Little Traveler" Alien

Birth: unknown
Death: Apr. 19, 1897
Aurora
Wise County
Texas, USA

In 1896 and 1897, reports of mysterious airships using powerful searchlights were being reported all over the United States, from California to Illinois. Hundreds of people reported seeing one of these airships in several counties in Texas. On Monday morning a little after 6 a.m., April 19, 1897, the airship crashed in Aurora on Judge James Spencer Proctor's place, destroying the windmill over his well along with the judge's flower garden. There was a big explosion, and debris was scattered over several acres. The airship pilot was nursed in a local barn but died that day.

According to the Fort Worth paper the alien occupant of the aircraft was given a Christian burial in the Aurora cemetery. He was put to rest at noon the day after the crash. The Dallas Morning News on April 19, 1897 had an article about the crash and several other stories about sightings of the airship all over northern Texas. Between April 15 and April 19 of 1897, the Dallas Morning News contained accounts of sightings from 21 different towns. The occupant of the airship was reported as being humanoid and small in size and the Dallas Morning News said he "was not an inhabitant of this world." There is mention in some accounts of strange hieroglyphs among the wreckage. Jim Marrs is one of the few people who has researched this case in depth, and according to his book, Alien Agendas, Bonnie Etoy Oates and Brawley Hoyle Oates bought Judge Proctor's property. Mrs. Oates said that nothing grew for years in the spot where the airship crashed. The Oates family, notably Brawley Oates, also suffered from health problems such as cysts and goiters supposedly caused by the drinking water from their well.

In the 1920's people wanted to dig up the body but were stopped by locals with shotguns. A strange little headstone was the only marker for the little airship pilot but it disappeared in 1973. Bill Case used a metal detector at the grave site. He detected three metal areas that might have been wreckage pieces or personal possessions. The weekend after the gravestone disappeared in 1973, someone removed the metal pieces in the grave using 3 inch pipe and a special tool for that purpose. After the grave was disturbed in 1973, cemetery officials hired a lawyer to fight UFO researchers who wanted the alien body exhumed. The cemetery board was worried about spotted fever starting up again; the town had been devastated from an epidemic in 1888. Officials are worried about digging up the wrong grave, they are not as well marked as they are now. Bottom line, folks in Aurora are very protective of their cemetery and are not willing to have any graves disturbed.

Some debunkers claimed there was never a windmill at the Proctor place; but in 2008, the television show UFO Hunters found the windmill struts in the ground when they did their investigation. They also discovered that metal was still embedded in an old tree which was damaged by the crash. Researcher Marrs, who lives only a few miles away from Aurora, talked to three old timers who were still alive in the 1970's who remembered the crash. One eyewitness he interviewed actually saw the airship in the air flying over the town and another one witnessed people removing the wreckage the next day. The third old timer said her dad told her the crash was a hoax, but she did not have any first hand knowledge. One of her best friends was head of the local historical society, and she claimed as well that the crash was a hoax.

When Chief of Staff General Marshall wanted UFO incidents investigated after the "Battle of Las Angeles" in 1942, he asked for a report of all incidents since 1897. Interestingly enough, the United States Air Force's top secret hypersonic plane is named the Aurora. The government may have already dug up the body and removed it. Its been reported that right after the crash, military personnel visited Aurora. But if you are still there little guy, rest in peace. Your DNA is safe in Texas.

From the city of Aurora, Texas official webpage:

"The city is most famous for the legend of the airship crash of April of 1897. This alien sighting pre-dates the Roswell Incident by fifty years. Local citizens are rumored to have buried the alien in our local cemetery. A Texas historical marker notes the event."

Aurora Cemetery Marker Text:

The oldest known graves, here, dating from as early as the 1860s, are those of the Randall and Rowlett families. Finis Dudley Beauchamp (1825-1893), a Confederate veteran from Mississippi, donated the 3-acre site to the newly- formed Aurora Lodge No. 479, A.F. & A.M., in 1877. For many years, this community burial ground was known as Masonic Cemetery. Beauchamp, his wife Caroline (1829-1915), and others in their family. An epidemic which struck the village in 1891 added hundreds of graves to the plot. Called "Spotted Fever" by the settlers, the disease is now thought to be a form of meningitis. Located in Aurora Cemetery is the gravestone of the infant Nellie Burris (1891-1893) with its often-quoted epitaph: "As I was so soon done, I don't know why I was begun." This site is also well-known because of the legend that a airship crashed nearby in 1897 and the pilot, killed in the crash, was buried here. Struck by epidemic and crop failure and bypassed by the railroad, the original town of Aurora almost disappeared, but the cemetery remains in use with over 800 graves. Veterans of the Civil War, World Wars I and II, and the Korean and Vietnam conflicts are interred here.

-----

News article from the time of the crash: S. E. Haydon, reporter for the Dallas Morning News reported on Monday, April 19, 1897:

"About 6 o'clock this morning the early risers of Aurora were astonished at the sudden appearance of the airship which has been sailing around the country. It was traveling due north and much nearer the earth than before.

Evidently some of the machinery was out of order, for it was making a speed of only ten or twelve miles an hour, and gradually settling toward the earth. It sailed over the public square and when it reached the north part of town it collided with the tower of Judge Proctor's windmill and went into pieces with a terrific explosion, scattering debris over several acres of ground, wrecking the windmill and water tank and destroying the judge's flower garden.

The pilot of the ship is supposed to have been the only one aboard and, while his remains were badly disfigured, enough of the original has been picked up to show that he was not an inhabitant of this world.

Mr. T.J. Weems, the U.S. Army Signal Service officer at this place and an authority on astronomy gives it as his opinion that the pilot was a native of the planet Mars. Papers found on his person -- evidently the records of his travels -- are written in some unknown hieroglyphics and cannot be deciphered. This ship was too badly wrecked to form any conclusion as to its construction or motive power. It was built of an unknown metal, resembling somewhat a mixture of aluminum and silver, and it must have weighed several tons. The town is today full of people who are viewing the wreckage and gathering specimens of strange metal from the debris. The pilot's funeral will take place tomorrow."

UPI on May 24, 1973:

"Aurora, Tex. -- (UPI) -- A grave in a small north Texas cemetery contains the body of an 1897 astronaut who was 'not an inhabitant of this world,' according to the International UFO Bureau.

The group, which investigates unidentified flying objects, has already initiated legal proceedings to exhume the body and will go to court if necessary to open the grave, director Hayden Hewes said Wednesday."

"After checking the grave with metal detectors and gathering facts for three months, we are certain as we can be at this point [that] he was the pilot of a UFO which reportedly exploded atop a well on Judge J.S. Proctor's place, April 19, 1897," Hewes said." "He was not an inhabitant of this world."

PAT McGUIRE, MY FRIEND

PAT McGUIRE DIED MAY 14, 2009

This article was written by Bonnie McGuire.

TODAY I FOUND OUT THAT PAT HAD PASSED AWAY ON MAY 14, 2009. I WAS IN SHOCK. PAT WAS A GOOD FRIEND AND SPENT MANY NIGHTS AT OUR HOUSE. HE WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND MADE ME LAUGH. HIS EYES WOULD SPARKLE AND YOU WOULD KNOW HE WAS TEASING. I AM GLAD HE WAS MY FRIEND. THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER PERSON LIKE HIM. I WILL MISS HIM. AT LEAST NOW HE KNOWS THE ANSWERS. - Aileen

Many years ago we were visiting relatives in Wyoming, and I asked an aunt if she knew anything about the strange cattle mutilations reported throughout the west. She quietly nodded and brought out some news clippings about a Cousin's personal experiences concerning cattle mutilations, his abduction and other events connected with UFO's. According to detailed accounts in The Casper Star-Tribune (6/29/80, 9/28/80, 6/2/83) his adventure began when he felt a compulsion to dig a well on his ranch, a 1,100 acre parcel situated about 30 miles north of Laramie near Bosler. The prairie basin area is about 7,200 feet above sea level, and (in 1971) was mostly covered with sagebrush. Most people didn't think there was any water, and well digger companies refused to drill for what wasn't there. Pat was convinced there was water, so he and a friend built their own rig and started drilling. A geologist was helping Pat in the final days of digging the well. Pat had invented a special drill blade to cut through the rocky ground. One evening there was a huge bang on the side of the trailer house where Pat and the geologist were sleeping. The geologist was scared to death. Pat jumped out of bed and into his boots. He hit the floor running and yelling, "the water is here, the water is here." Sure enough the well gushed 8,000 gallons of pure, soft water per minute.

His neighbors thought he was crazy, but their jokes turned to awed disbelief when they realized he'd tapped into an underground river at 350 feet. Pat was able to turn his sagebrush ranch into an oasis of irrigated grassland. His was the only land in the area with enough water for cash farming. Neighboring ranches failed to find any water. The next summer Pat planted crops. Through difficulty he got the water wheels to water the crops. In the mornings he would go out to inspect the equipment. More often than not he would find that someone had tampered with the wheels and he would have to repair them. He did see someone once at night through his telescopic scope. Pat never did figure out who was sabotaging his water system. After the crops were harvested Pat took them to the elevator. It was a prime crop, perfect in every way. All the elevators were full so they stockpiled the crops on the ground. When it was time to sell the crop someone had mixed a lot of other types of crops into his. The buyers said it was tainted and would not take it. Pat had been counting on the money from the crops to pay for the ranch and the water system. After that everything went downhill for him.

We remembered seeing a strange story on television's "That's Incredible." In October 1973, a man elk hunting with his brother-in-law in Wyoming's Teton Mountains became lost for six hours. When he was found he couldn't remember anything during those hours. At the time we didn't realize the man was Pat. It wasn't until 1978 that Pat began to realize what happened. That's when he met Dr. Leo Sprinkle, a noted parapsychologist and UFO authority at the University of Wyoming. Under hypnosis, Pat recalled being lost in a snowstorm while hunting Elk in the Tetons near Jackson, and of being taken aboard a spacecraft into an oval room, where aliens telepathically instructed him to plan for the well. The aliens appeared to be humans about 6 feet tall, weighing around 200 pounds. They had large eyes, thin lips, were bald and had no bridge on the nose. Their clothing was black except for a silver belt buckle with a star resembling the Star of David. Pat wasn't sure about them being from outer space, or another dimension, but their craft was propelled by a sophisticated magnetic system. If the destination was a distant planet, the system simply locked onto the planet, and the planet's magnetic pull drew the craft to it at tremendous speed. They could hover motionless indefinitely, or perform impossible maneuvers.

The aliens told him that they were monitoring his well for some reason. Once he tried to shoot at them, but they paralyzed him from the neck down until they left, so he decided to leave them alone. Dr. Sprinkle believed his experiences, descriptions of the craft and beings, because they were similar to the accounts of about 200 others he'd worked with.

In 1980 Pat invited Dr. Richard Fleck from the University of Wyoming, Star-Tribune newspaper photographer Richard Foertsch and reporter Greg Bean out to the ranch to "watch the show" as Pat called it. That night they camped on a hillside overlooking the vast basin where the farm was with cameras ready to photograph their first UFO. Around 3:00 a.m., a strange sequential light flashing blue, red, yellow and white appeared on the horizon. It moved straight up and down...several hundred feet at a time. Then stopped and rocked back and forth across the sky. For about fifteen minutes the object continued it's cosmic dance and then flashed across the sky. According to the reporter, "The landscape was too dark to allow a photograph with perspective, and the object was too far away to recognize any exact detail." The witnesses weren't certain about what they saw, but felt less skeptical.

Pat's sister said she didn't believe him either when she and her husband first moved there, "But when one of the things lands in the field in front of the house, or hovers directly overhead, it's hard to ignore." At first Pat's children were frightened, but eventually got used to the intrusions. The craft were about 300 feet wide and 60 feet tall. The Star-Tribune reported that the only time Pat was frightened was after he and his brother-in-law saw a hovering craft pick up a young calf one evening in 1976. He thought it was a government craft. He became determined to catch whomever was doing it. Night after night he watched and sure enough one night a light from a craft came down an picked up a calf. At that point he was watching through his telescopic lens on his rifle. He started to squeeze the trigger. At that moment he became completely paralyzed. He could only move his head. An entity named Michael allegedly appeared for the first time right beside him. Pat almost had a heart attack. The entity was six feet tall, and wore a black, skin tight jump suit that looked like spandex material. He wore a belt with the insignia of a six pointed star on the buckle. Two weeks prior to the incident, two of Pat's cows had been mutilated within a few miles of the house. After that there were no other mutilations or other aggressive actions, so the family felt relatively safe.

A 1983 article by Peter Rondinone in Anuti Matter magazine (p. 151) related that Wyoming's Governor Ed Herschler defeated Pat (in 1982) after one of the most bizarre gubernatorial primaries in American history. During his first rally in a shopping mall, he yelled, "A vote for me is a vote for extra-terrestrials." The governor expressed dismay that the 8,000 votes for Pat proved a lot of people in Wyoming had seen UFO's. However, Pat thought his UFO pro-Israel claims made some people think he was nuts. In fact, his children were asked by classmates if that crazy man was their father. Things got worse. On June 2, 1983, Pat notified the Star-Tribune that he was going to file suit in the federal court at Cheyenne against the CIA, the FBI and Air Force intelligence. His complaint was that these agencies suppressed information that UFO's working with an unnamed foreign power were vandalizing his property. He asserted that the FBI said they knew who was doing it but they couldn't tell him. The overall result was that he suffered complete financial ruin and the State Loan Board foreclosed on his property. According to one of his acquaintances, "The land was confiscated and sold at auction to the Federal Land Bank...Last we heard it was sold to the University of Wyoming."

His experience was so bazaar that relatives don't want to talk about it. The more we read about his contacts with the entity Michael, the more schizophrenic he appeared to be. His recollection of the "men in black," seems to have occurred during his 24 hypnotic sessions with Dr. Leo Sprinkle, after which he followed the political directives of the entity Michael. This prompted me to visit Sprinkle's web site. Researching on the Internet is like stepping inside an encyclopedia shopping mall. I found it interesting that the University of Wyoming psychologist also recalled having been on board a UFO when he was a boy. "It happened when I was a fifth grader in a small town in Colorado. I was aboard a space vehicle of some kind, looking out a large window at the stars rushing by. A tall man (at least I believe it was a man) was standing beside me, his hand resting on my shoulder...He said to me, 'Leo, learn to read and write well. Then, when you become a man, you can help people learn about their purpose in life."

Many scholars wonder about the effects of hypnosis on those subjected to it. Consequently, criminal evidence obtained in this manner is no longer acceptable. Pat's strange experiences became reality after hypnosis. The aunt who gave us the newspaper articles wrote us that, "This McGuire never drank or smoked that I know of. He had a real nice wife and children. He wanted to do big things....and went up this side of Laramie and drilled a well. It put out a terrible big stream of water. I saw him plug the pipe so kids wouldn't crawl in it..." She mentioned that after he got in with Dr. Sprinkle he changed, wound up divorcing his wife and married someone else. "The Federal government took part of his place on top, and the State took the other part." She said, "He didn't talk about the UFO's anymore, although they were reported all over the country..."whether this is real or imagination...time will tell, I suppose."

The result of Pat's strange experience was summed up by his friend who wrote, "Through the years I have observed him going through many disheartening events until today he is a broken man, without hope. If ever there was a person that needed help and compassion from his fellow man, it is Pat. The last time I saw him the laughter was gone and I found it hard to coax a smile out of him. Pat is an Irishman and you all know how they love to laugh. When he laughs the sparks jump right out of his bright blue eyes. He is a great person to be friends with."

It appears that Pat wanted to get to the bottom of things that were happening on his ranch, so he went to an expert at the University for help. Instead of getting better, things went from bad to worse.

AND NOW MY ARTICLE I WROTE ABOUT PAT (While he was still with us)

Pat McGuire, Laramie, Wyoming rancher became a good friend during our stay. In fact we bought a snowmobile from him. We became very familiar with his contact story as he came to stay overnight with us at Arlington, Wyoming several times.

To know Pat is to love him. He is so funny; that is -- when he is happy. In the last few years he has not been very happy due to the treatment he has received in Laramie. Pat and I have always had a special relationship laughing and joking. At this point there are only a couple of people in the UFO field Pat will trust. He has been treated shabbily by UFO researchers.

Pat's story began when he was living on his 5,000 acre spread. He kept a lot of livestock on his ranch. One night he observed a UFO picking up one of his calves. He thought it was a government craft. After that night he had quite a few mutilatons. He became determined to catch whomever was doing it. Night after night he watched and sure enough one night a light from a craft came down and picked up a calf. At that point he was watching through his telescopic lens on his rifle. He started to squeeze the trigger. At that moment he became completely paralyzed. He could only move his head. Michael, his contact, appeared for the first time right beside him. Pat almost had a heart attack. You would too. Michael is one of the gray/white skinned aliens, only in his case he was six feet tall. He wore a jump suit that is skin tight, of black, what looked like spandex material. Around his waist he wears a belt with an insignia of a six pointed star on the buckle.

Michael told Pat not to shoot. From that point on Pat has been contacted by Michael. Michael told Pat he works for the Supreme Being and he is the archangel Michael. Pat is not the only one to have seen Michael. I know of two other people who have definitely seen him.

Pat was instructed to dig a well on his property. Michael told him if he placed three rocks that they would bring the water right to where he placed them. It took Pat seven years to get the materials together and complete what he had been instructed to do. All the while he was working on the well he was to fly the Israeli flag over it. He also was to buy a tank motor to run the well as he would need something big. When he fired up that motor you could hear it for miles! Everyone wanted to know how Pat would know how to fix the motor if something went wrong. That is a story in itself.

From the beginning Pat was picked up by Michael's ship. He was put into Ariel Sharon's body. In Sharon's body he was in the Six Day War in Israel, and in many battles the Israeli's fought. As Sharon he was in the tank corp. Pat learned how to work on tank motors. He even hurt his leg in one battle. Sharon limps from that injury AND SO DOES PAT!

Pat needed a loan from the bank to buy equipment for his ranch. Some of that equipment was the water sprinkling system which he planned to use to raise crops. Alcoa Aluminum wanted to find water on the property too. They dug 26 test holes - everywhere but where Pat told them to. They said there was no water there. The bank then would not finance Pat.

A geologist was helping Pat in the final days of digging the well. Pat had invented (through help from his alien friends) a special drill blade to cut through the rocky ground. One evening there was a huge bang on the side of the trailer house where Pat and the geologist were sleeping. The geologist was scared to death. Pat jumped out of bed and into his boots. He hit the floor running. He was yelling, "the water is here, the water is here." Sure enough it was. 8,450 cubic feet per minute.

Later Michael told Pat that they brought an underground river from Canada in 10 minutes. At the point where the well was dug it made a turn upwards. This was the biggest well ever dug in the United States. Alcoa was off by inches. Of course, they weren't supposed to find the water, Pat was.

The next summer Pat planted crops. Through difficulty he got the water wheels to water the crops. In the mornings he would go out to inspect the equipment. More often than not he would find that someone had tampered with the wheels and he would have to repair them. He did see someone once at night through his telescopic scope but again he was prevented from firing.

Religion has been an important part of Pat's life. He is Irish Catholic. During his marriage to Wanda they had eight children. Eventually about the time of everything going downhill Wanda became pregnant with the ninth child. She was very upset because at this point they couldn't afford the children they had. When she took this attitude Pat was instructed to divorce her. Wanda miscarried. There is a statue of the Virgin Mary and Jesus on a hill overlooking the ranch. That is where the baby is buried.

Pat was told he was to bring forth into this world 13 children. One for every tribe of Israel. After he divorced Wanda he married a wonderful girl by the name of Lynn. They had two children. One was name Ariel Sharon and the other one is Michael.

Michael gave Pat instructions to find seven pure men to make a journey to a safe place he and Pat picked out for any future eventualities. Pat was instructed not to ask anyone that had anything at all to do with an abortion, whether it was to lend the money for one, or the cause of having one done, etc. Pat was to lay in supplies in this safe place. As far as I know he has never taken the journey.

Michael made it clear that abortion is one thing that the "Supreme Being" is very upset about. He even instructed Pat to send a telegram to the Israelis stating that if they didn't stop abortion in Israel that Michael and the Supreme Being's forces would not help Israeli pilots in the wars they are constantly fighting. Pat did as he was told.

Pat was also instructed to run for governor of Wyoming. Again he did as he was told. He was given press releases by Michael to send to President Reagan. Also press releases for Pat's campaign and what THEY wanted stated in the papers.

It was in this way that one of the persons who also saw Michael, came to have that experience (whether she wanted it or not). The young lady was to provide a press release for the campaign but she had been putting it off because of other pressing matters. She attended the University or Colorado. One evening she was walking across the campus. Right in front of her Michael appeared. He said, "I am Pat McGuire's Michael. Why haven't you written the press release? I want it done -- now!" She was so frightened that all she could do was go to her room and start typing. While she was writing the article Michael again appeared to her in her room. This time she was so upset that after that press release she quit the campaign. She told Pat she no longer wanted anything to do with Michael, or Pat.

Pat was instructed by Michael to quit campaigning. Even at that, he still garnered 15% of the total vote for Governor.

He had been instructed to visit the Indian reservations up north. He met a lot of Indians who were interested in supporting Pat as Governor. On the day of the election there was one of the worst snow storms in the history of Wyoming. No one on the reservations could come down out of the hills to go vote.

Everyone asks why did Pat have to go through so many hurtful things. We don't have the answer.

We have noticed that contactee's lives are more stressful and hard to deal with than most persons. Perhaps we have more to learn in one lifetime than other people. How can we be compassionate in every situation if we haven't been there before the people we are trying to help?

Pat's life now is one step above poverty level. We don't think it is fair. But we cannot see the future, only God can do that.

ALIEN INVASION

This article was taken from Phantoms and Monsters blog who took it from MUFON!

Recent alien visitation - Cape May, New Jersey

My wife and I were on a short vacation in Cape May, New Jersey this past weekend. We were staying at a B&B on Beach Ave. with a view of the sea.

I was asleep when I was awakened by something. I opened my eyes and saw two beings standing at the foot of the bed. It was dark, but there was adequate light coming in from the street for me to see them very clearly. I estimate that they were between 4.5-5 feet tall because I could only see them from the waist up. They were identical in every way. They were wearing black or dark green, form-fitting outfits that resembled scuba diving dry suits. These included snug hoods that extended from the back of their necks over top of their skulls. On their upper chests was a rectangular, gold or bronze colored plate about 6x4 inches with two rows of inscribed symbols or buttons on them. It resembled an instrument touchpad of some sort.

They were no more than six feet from my face and they were both staring right at me. It was a cool, appraising look. It's the look a cat might give you.

Their crania were very large, perhaps twice as large as a man's. But it was their faces that really got me. They had huge, wraparound, black eyes set above high cheekbones. Their skin appeared coppery or orange in color. I couldn't detect a well defined mouth or nose, but along the rim of their jaws and down to their chins were some kind of organ-like structures. Gills? Mandibles? Not sure. I couldn't see their hands, so I can't say how many digits they had.

As I say, I had a very clear view of them. When I realized that this was not a dream I propped myself up on my elbows to get a better view. Strange, but I felt no fear. I was about to say something, when I got this very clear thought, "Something is wrong. He sees us." I suddenly became extremely sleepy. I tried to fight the urge to lie back down, but it was no use. I felt my eyes closing and that was it. The next thing I knew it was morning and I was awakened by the sunlight streaming in through the balcony door. Once she was awake I asked my wife how she had slept and she said it was the best night’s sleep she’d had in a while. No dreams.

This isn't the first time in my life that I've had what could be called nocturnal visitations. As a child and teenager they were very frequent. And often terrifying. As an adult they tapered off to the point where I chalked up my youthful experiences to dreams, hormones, flights of fancy, etc. I had even stopped thinking about them. But this is the first time as an adult that I had such a clear and unambiguous sighting of these creatures.

If one thing stands out, it's the sense of almost military precision and discipline that I got from them. It's hard to explain, but I got the feeling that these were no-nonsense 'men' who had a job to do and followed orders to the letter. They were not there to be my friend or to tell me any of the universe's secrets. They were under orders and would no sooner go against them than would one of our Navy Seals. And one last thing, they were supremely confident and felt not the slightest fear towards me. I am absolutely sure of that. - MUFON CMS
