Dr. Uvarov, would you describe your UFO research organization in the USSR? What are its activities and function? (Valery has resigned from the research organization he was with at the time.)

Has the Soviet government ever tried to stop you or interfered with you as you pursue your activities collecting information about UFOs and extraterrestrials?

As for me, I can tell you -- never! I have never been stopped, never been hurt or had any attempt in my direction to interfere with me!

That's great. I wish I could say the same about researchers in this country. I understand that in Russia you have personally had contact with a race of extraterrestrials. Can you describe that contact to me? How did it happen?

Actually, my contact began when I was a child, but it is difficult to tell you exactly how it happened. It began long ago. I had dreams about UFOs and crashes, etc. They began early to prepare me to develop my consciousness.

Have you seen them face-to-face -- the extraterrestrials?

Face-to-face, yes... yes, but again it is difficult to describe. It is a very special thing.

What are they like? What are their personalities like?

Like we are. But I don't like the word ET or extraterrestrials. They are humanoids like we are, so I prefer to call them humanoids. They are neighbors to us.

Are they good beings?

Yes, and very intelligent. They are very kind and very specific. They are trying to give us information and do everything possible to get us to understand what they are trying to say. I have never had any problems with them at all. Never.

What do they look like?

Like us. There is no difference that I can tell. The civilization that we are working with are no different from us. They are a bit taller, perhaps a half a head or a head, that's it. There is no real difference. They once told us that the construction of our brains are quite the same, but they have developed their psychic abilities, and we have not.

They are basically the same beings as we are, just far more advanced?

Yes, that is the major difference.

Okay, going back again -- they look exactly like us, but do they have any small physical differences in their noses, eyes, chins or hands anything like that?

They look exactly like us -- just a little taller.

Can you tell me what the information is that these people have been giving you since you made open contact?

It is very difficult to explain everything here in such a short time.
The information is about how our universe is built, the construction of the universe. The construction of the chrono fields (explained later), how to move with the laws of movement -- and laws of creation. Again, it is very difficult to explain.

Was there any specific information to help the human race?

Yes, of course. In our contacts we have received information on the future of our planet. We have talked with them much on this. We have great upheavals in store for us and they have explained how we can make it less intense, how we can prepare ourselves for these upheavals. We have received information on how to build ourselves up (energywise) and make ourselves stronger as well. We were told how to build ourselves up psychically. This is going to be one of the key ways to survive -- to create, let's say, a new generation very quickly -- a people with a new level of consciousness, an understanding of the earth changes to come. This will result in an understanding of the laws of the universe and so on. And people with these new abilities will be able to stop, or to control, the difficulties which are in store for us.

Have they given any kind of a time frame in regard to when these upheavals will begin?

Well, let me put it like this: We have about a year and a half to prepare ourselves -- free time -- then the next ten to fifteen years will be the deciding ones. (From 1993) If we make it to, say, the year 2010, we will be all right. I cannot be more specific on that because that is all I have been told. (Interviewer note: There are some things I think he preferred not to divulge.) I have also been told that there is a small possibility that nothing major will happen at all. It is a possibility.

So what you are saying is that we have the power to change events on our planet -- the future, especially in regard to major earth changes, or cataclysms?

Yes. It is actually our exclusive right. But we are not using that right.

Are you still in regular contact with these beings?

Yes, but now it is more of a telepathic nature. If something serious comes up, we can have contact when we need to. They contact us by telepathic means or by sending us pictures. It is like a screen. We see the pictures they send on a screen in our minds. We have been receiving much information recently about chrono pits. These are time fields. In different parts of the universe time moves at different speeds, and these chrono pits are very localized. A chrono pit has anomalous points. These points are points of transition from one dimension or universe to another -- or from one time or solar system or star system to another.

You mean portals?

No. Not exactly. It's an entrance. When these beings were originally researching in these areas, they received (from a higher source) information about a special kind of corridor in space. They now move through these corridors with their ships at a speed much higher than the speed of light -- for instance, if a light beam moves at normal speed in normal space, it goes at an established speed. But, in a chrono corridor the speed is incredible. This is true with any object that enters the chrono pit. There are many of these corridors in our universe; that is why they fly so fast. One of my friends in Russia has had contact with a civilization situated at a distance of seventeen million light years from us. They told him that they move to our planet through one of these corridors in five seconds.

We have six of these chrono pits in our country. That is why there is so much activity there. (I understand from a reliable source that the Soviets have located these corridors, and monitor them closely with very sophisticated electronic devices.) There are twelve chrono pits around the world, and six are in the Soviet Union. These are two in the US, one is in the Bermuda Triangle and the other is in Arizona. The Bermuda Triangle corridor is the biggest and most powerful on the planet.

Have they mentioned to you that they travel, or project in consciousness from one place to another? Can that be their primary means of propulsion, or power?

Yes, they can. Of course, consciousness is the great power, anyway. Humanoid civilizations of higher levels can move through the universe with or without spacecrafts. They use different types of energy frames. They can transform their bodies into pure energy and move like an energy ball, or I might say, an information ball -- and then transform themselves back into a physical body. They do it very easily. For example, they can take their matrix, of which there are three types: physical body, astral body and matrix body. They very often contact us in their matrix bodies. (I think what Dr. Uvarov means by a matrix body is a projection. In other words, a type of bilocation, when the physical body stays in one place and a nonphysical aspect is projected to a second location. Evidently a matrix body differs from the astral body in that it travels on lines of magnetism through time and universes.)

Do you know of any negative or harmful UFO or alien activity in Russia? We have a lot of abductions here. Do you have anything like that there?

To tell you the truth, I have heard about only one case. It was a very, very strange case in which a person was abducted. I can give you the information later. And no one that I know of has been hurt by aliens.

That's interesting, because we have a lot of abductions here in the US. Even one or two (or more) cases of aliens killing humans, for unknown reasons.

What is your opinion of the UFO and alien activity here on the Earth? Why do you think they are here now in such numbers? So many different races? Do you think they have different goals, different assignments?

Yes, of course, they have different goals. They have the greatest wish to make it clear to us that (as a race) we are living out of the Law -- the Law of the Universe. We are turning back on ourselves -- reversing our progress. If we want to go up, to develop, we must always live in the Law. The high civilizations are trying to communicate with us to give us this Law.

You mean they are trying to get us back on the track, the right track?

Yes. Trying to get us back on the track. As soon as we do this we will be a part of the laws of creation -- a part of the space, or cosmic, community. Right now our morals are very low. I think in the very near future they are going to come to us and then our consciousness will develop so that we can be mutual with them. Then we will share equally with them the problems of the universe. We will be partners there.

You have some recent, quite extraordinary photographs of the British crop circles. What do you think they are? Do you think they are some kind of language?

I can tell you that I think they are a formula, a scheme of transition from one dimension to another. It is their way of showing us maps to prepare us for the future. Sooner or later we will use the information contained in the crop circles.

You mean they have given us the visuals -- now we have to figure them out?

Yes, I think they are a formula scheme. Simply that.

Introduction to Sighting
 
Recently, I was contacted by Lawrence Gessner, former Sheriff in Sheridan County, city of McClusky, North Dakota. He related a UFO sighting to me, and sent along copies of the original police report, titled "Unidentified Flying Object Report." The report references an event that occurred on July 10, 2003.
The report reads as follows: 

On 07-10-03 at approximately 2300 hours, my wife Kelly went outside on our back deck to have a cigarette. While she was looking up into the southeastern sky, she noticed a small formation of three or four stars. 

One of the stars shot straight down and stopped. A series of red lights came on, and the object started moving in a northwest direction. She yelled for me to get out there, and when I got outside I saw what I first believed to be an aircraft, except the red, white, and green lights were in a vertical formation, not horizontal. 

Description of Object
 
I now noticed that the speed of this object was relatively slow. I listened, and heard a muffled sound much like a jet aircraft makes. The object got closer, and I estimated it to be about 1,000 feet in the air.

It was just light enough to make out a silhouette. The object was longer from top to bottom than it was from front to back. It had depth to it, and if I were to associate a shape to it, I would say diamond-shaped. 

The craft had two small, red lights on the front of it, and two small, red lights on the rear about in the center of it. When it got closer, I noticed several larger windows that projected light from inside the craft. 

Light Configuration
 
There were three larger red and green lights running vertically along the front edge of the craft. I was trying to pay attention to as many details as I could, and the one thing that stands out in my mind is that the speed was so slow and the muffled jet engine sound did not match and the sound was farther behind the craft.
I also estimated this craft to be around 100 feet long and approximately 200 feet high. It was moving too slowly for its size. The sky was lighter in the west, and I was hoping that when it got in a position that the sky was lighter, I would be able to tell what it was.

Shaped Like a Diamond
 
As the craft got to this position, I noticed the diamond-shape of this craft, and that it was not flat, but did have some depth to it. We had been watching it for approximately 30 seconds. I knew it was right over my deputy's house, so I ran inside and called him. 

I told him to go outside and look up, because there was some sort of UFO over his house. My wife had run out to the front porch, and I went outside and she told me about the same time I said UFO that the craft stopped, the red lights went out, the jet engine sound stopped, there was a soft, white glow around the back of the craft, and the craft shot straight up and disappeared. The craft was approximately 6-10 miles away at this point. My deputy called back to tell me he saw nothing. 

Witness Credibility
 
I have spent 14 years in the U.S. Air Force, all of them around jet aircraft. I cannot explain what we witnessed using any logical means. Our Law Enforcement dispatch center is handled on a state wide basis. 

I called State Radio and identified myself by my unit # 4610, and inquired if they had received any reports of strange aircraft or UFO reports. I was told NO. They informed me that if they did, they would notify me.

Human Like Figures Appearing On The Top Of Hovering Craft


Date: December 12, 2003 Time: Evening

On December 12, 2003, about an hour before it got dark, I decided to go look for pieces of wood to make Christmas gifts. Along with me was my 12 year old nephew, a girl his age, and my mom's dog. We first went to an abandoned house nearby, about a quarter mile from our home, then to an old graveyard called "Penniston cemetery" on Nipgen road, in Ross County Ohio. As we were leaving the graveyard I noticed a very bright light had appeared hovering over it, and mentioned to my nephew that maybe this was the same star that appeared when Jesus was born (I am not a devout religious person, it was just a joke). As we walked down the road towards the house, we observed that the light was "following" us , moving very slowly, and hovering over a nearby hilltop that runs the length of the road. When we got to our lane, the girl left to go home because it was now dark outside, and I think the light may have frightened her.

Walking towards our home, I noticed that the light had stopped moving along the hill, and was now hovering stationary, directly behind our house. I decided to go investigate further, having an interest in this subject, and hoping to get a closer look. We went inside first and put on warmer clothes (there was snow on the ground, and it was very cold outside) and we also grabbed flashlights. When we walked outside, the first thing I noticed was that all the dogs in the neighborhood were barking. We had to walk through a wooded area and up the hill to get to the spot where the light was located-which was on top of the hill and over a large open field. Our dog followed us, as it was accustomed to do. When we got to the clearing of the field, we saw that the light was hovering just over the trees on the opposite side of the field-which is rather large. It had gotten much brighter since we first saw it, I would estimate it to be about the size of a full moon.

It was a bright white light, and was not moving at all. I suggested to my nephew that we should signal it with our flashlights, just to see what would happen. So we began blinking our lights off and on, and moving them around in a circular fashion. To our astonishment, the light began to signal back to us, by first blinking, then moving around as we had done with our own lights. Then it did something I was not expecting, it started changing shape. It took many different forms, some that I recall was a pyramid, and a five pointed star. These shapes were made in a grid like pattern, three dimensional, like something you might see at a laser show. Then it returned to its original shape which was round and it began to glow with a purple light. The color of it was that of a black-light, like the fluorescent lights used to make posters glow.

Then the whole field became enveloped in the same purple colored light. But it did not make our clothes glow, or our skin change colors, as I recall the lights from the 70's doing. We stood looking at this latest development, and I remember telling my nephew that something very strange was about to happen, and I also warned him that if things got out of hand, I wanted him to run home (being quite aware of alien abductions, and not wanting him to get hurt). Well, as I stated, we stood gazing up at the purple globe, when the strangest thing occurred. We noticed human-like figures appearing on the top of it, as if they were coming out of the globe, and were standing on its top.

They began to wave and gesture at us. I estimated about 4-5 of these figures, so the globe had to be bigger than an automobile in size, and was much closer than I had imagined. I had thought that it was very high in the sky but after seeing the figures, it was obvious that the globe was actually hovering directly over the trees on the other side of the field! As if this wasn't weird enough, we then noticed that one of the figures had detached itself from the globe, and was "floating" down from it, and coming slowly in our direction. We were so intrigued and fascinated by what was happening, that it didn't occur to either of us to leave. But I noticed that the dog had run off into the woods to hide as soon as the entity got closer to us. Soon it was right in front of us, and was standing within arms length from us.

This entity was made of the same purple light as the globe, and it seemed to me to be a hologram of sorts. It had a dimension to it (it wasn't a flat image, like a projection) and appeared solid, although it was made completely of this purple light. It's appearance was odd looking. It was humanoid, but it had no facial features (no eyes, nose, mouth, ears, etc). It had arms, but I saw no fingers, and it appeared to be wearing a long robe which covered its body completely, except for its head and hands. We attempted to communicate with this strange being, we spoke to it, and my nephew tried to offer it a book he had found earlier in the old house, but it just stood very still and silently before us. We did not feel afraid of it at all, in fact, I felt very calm considering what was happening. I then got an idea,and reached my hand out to it, hoping it would see it as a friendly gesture.

The entity then reached its hand out and put it on mine! I did not feel any pressure on my hand, it was as if it was not even touching me. As I stood there holding my arm and hand out, my attention was broken when I noticed some smaller red lights approach the field and encircle it. These were blinking lights, and there was four of them, one at each side of the field. I noticed one light move from the formation, and go to the purple globe, then it went back to its position. When I looked back at the being in front of us, it had disappeared while I had been watching the red lights . (I later asked my nephew if he noticed what had happened to the being, and he said that it had suddenly floated back up to the globe when the one red light moved over us. I do not remember this happening at all, and can only figure that I lost a few moments of time, a memory lapse once the entity touched me.)

The light which had enveloped the field had now also gone and the globe had lost it's purple glow and was white again, and slowly began to sink down behind the trees, as if it was landing in the woods on the other side. We both began to get this strange feeling, as if there was "something else" in the field with us that we could not see. I felt as if something was watching me from the now darkened area, and we both became very cold. We had not noticed the coldness of the night while everything was happening, but now we were freezing, and scared. So I told my nephew that now would be a good time to run home, and we both ran into the woods, down the hill, and into the house locking the doors. We discussed what had just happened for awhile and I decided that it was best that we didn't tell anyone about it, because no one would believe us, and my sister would probably be very angry at me for allowing him to go into the woods at night to investigate a UFO, let alone finding out that we actually came into contact with its occupant!

The next day we hiked back to the area, looking for evidence of our previous experience, but I didn't see anything unusual. But that night, something strange did happen. I stepped outside to do my business, and I noticed a large, dark figure crouching down in front of the house. I thought it was a person trying to hide, so I reached inside to turn the outside light on. When I did , there was nothing there. I turned the light back off, and there was the same black figure, in the same spot, crouching closer to the ground. It then stood up, and appeared to be some kind of animal, like a panther or something. It suddenly leaped into the air, and landed about 20 feet away, behind a nearby building.

The following night I was sitting in the dark watching TV, when I noticed out of the corner of my eye that somebody was sitting beside me on the couch. It was a small figure, about the size of a five year old child (about 3 foot?), but when I turned to look directly at it, nothing was there.

The night after that I was in the kitchen and I saw this face peering in the window at me. It was the face of a grotesque looking woman, and this time I was looking right at it. It vanished as I stood staring at it.

I have never seen anything that resembled a ghost before in my whole life but since my encounter with the entity made of purple light, its as if I have developed a very acute psychic ability, and I am now able to sense if a person's house or an area is haunted, and have actually seen several ghost like images in them. It's as if when the alien touched my hand it gave me some kind of psychic "powers" that I didn't possess before.

For instance, my other sister had just recently moved into a house in a nearby town called Knockemstiff, and one night I saw an old man's reflection on the front storm door. It looked like the man was standing in an archway behind me. Another time I saw a "ghost dog" in her house, I sat on her couch and watched it walking behind people, wagging its tail, it laid down in front of her furnace, and when I reached my hand out to it, it got up and sniffed me, just like any real dog would do. We later learned that her house had once been the site of the local bar, that the town actually got it's name because of this bar's reputation of violence, and that people had died there. A friend of hers was taking a bath one night and was dragged under the water several times before he managed to get out of the tub.

Beside her house is the site of an old covered bridge, where a girl and boy were murdered one night in the 1800's. You can verify this by looking up "Haunted Ohio" on the internet, and then looking under ghost towns where you will find Knockemstiff listed along with its ghost tales. The guy who investigated these stories said he went to find the bar where a lot of the stories were centered around, but he couldn't find it because it is now my sister's garage! (Someday soon I'm going to try to contact him and send him photos and such. If he would have just stopped and asked someone who lives there, most of them are aware of this fact.)

Well, Brian, my fingers grow tired so I'll have to save my next story for another day. Oh yeah, one more thing. I was watching a show late at night about UFO's, and they mentioned MUFON on it, so I looked them up on the internet, contacted them and they sent investigators to interview us. They published our story in the MUFON UFO journal the September 2004 number 437 issue. But I didn't care for the way they presented it. At the end of the story, they stated that Vega, Deneb, Altair, and Venus were bright that night, and that "atmospheric conditions" could have made the stars appear to change, and then later contradicted themselves by saying the weather reports agreed with our story that visibility was clear that night, and that the area is in the flight pattern of Wright Patterson AFB. I know we did not see stars that night and that the humanoid we saw was not an air force pilot, unless they are testing something very unusual on civilians (but isn't that always an easy excuse for strange sightings?).

They did state that it did not appear that we were trying to deceive them (why would we even bother making up something that strange?) Hell, I didn't even want to tell anybody about it for quite a long time knowing how skeptical people are, especially since this event doesn't fit everybody's notions of little grays poking at people and they gave it a rating of 4 in terms of strangeness and reliability. (4 in strangeness?? Good lord, how much stranger can a story get????) And I don't even know how serious they are about their investigations anyways, I offered to take them to the sight where it happened and none of them wanted to walk up the hill to the field, and on the cover of the journal is a sketch that looks like a child drew it and states under it "is this drawing of a college's roommate, the face of a hybrid?" I don't know, it just made me wonder if these guys took any of this serious, or was it nothing more than a "weekly world news" investigation?

It did make me glad I didn't tell them about what happened after the incident, they would have dismissed the whole story as fake! I hope that you can look at this with an open mind. There are things going on in this world that just cant be categorized from what I've learned after moving to Ohio a few years ago, there are a lot of very strange goings on in this state. Bigfoot sightings, crop circles, reptile-like humans, countless UFO sightings, phantom lions (just last year), emus causing car wrecks, ghosts, its a crazy area as far as strange phenomenon goes. All you got to do is get on your computer and checked this stuff out. I'm not making it up!

Date: 1998                  Time: late night

The witness who lived alone in a 2 bedroom apartment was suddenly awoken not by a noise (or one that she could remember) and was looking at 2 small beings in cloaks that covered their heads and only left shadows where the face should have been. She looked behind them to see a taller one. The taller one was a little slumped over due to the fact it was taller than the ceiling allowed. 

What surprised her was that the first thing she said was “not again”. She was on her right side laying down when she made a fist and proceeded to strike one of the smaller entities. She drew her arm back to hit one of the small ones but it suddenly held up its hands to stop her which it did. She came within an inch of its hand but could not move any further, it felt as she was pushing down on an opposing “magnet”. 

Her next memory was of being led (she could not remember if her legs were moving) to a disk shaped object that was leaning against her bedroom wall. She then leaned into the disk shaped object and found that the material she was leaning into was very soft. She sank into it. The material was black in color. The disk then lifted her into a laying position and proceeded to float toward the bedroom wall that leads outside. She thought or spoke out loud that there was no way that she could go through the wall. But she apparently went through it, it did not hurt but she could feel going through it. 

When they were outside she felt that someone was definitely going to see what was happening. The disk then floated up and she became very sleepy, she fought it but her eyes closed. The air was blowing on her face and she knew that she was going up. 

Her next memory was of waking up in a room that was all white. No straight edges anywhere, on the walls the floor, doors and window were all rounded edges. She got up but does not remember what the bed looked like. 

She walked towards some curtains that were blowing in the wind and the closer she got to the curtains she realized that it was some kind of balcony. She walked outside and was amazed at the beauty of it all. The sky was pink, a beautiful pink and there were white clouds. The more she looked at the sky the more she realized that the clouds were not like the ones on earth. It almost appeared that they were “simulated” to look like clouds. She noticed that there were ripples in the pink sky, just like when you drop an object in water and get the ripple effect. She looked down and saw a huge lake also pink in color and rippling. She looked back up and thought, “Oh I see there is a dome over us and is reflecting the water.” 

As soon as she thought this a small being touched her hand and she became sleepy again. Her next memory was of waking up in the morning with a big chunk of her sheet in her mouth.

Location. Near Kiev, Ukraine
Date: 1998
Time: night

Alla, a local woman was in her bed submerged in dark thoughts, her husband and her three children were alcoholics. She saw no future and had on that night decided to commit suicide. 

Suddenly someone knocked on her front door. She could only say, “Who is there? The time is late”. But she did not have time to react as two strange entities suddenly appeared amid the room. The figures were generally humanoid in appearance with very black claw-like hands with long nails. Evidently the entities knew exactly what their purpose was. They then said politely, but firmly, “Don’t do what you are planning, is better that you come with us.” Where?
For what? And who are you, Alla replied.

Her guests explained that they lived in a planet with “shape shifting beings” that can change their shape and density at will “It is difficult for those beings  to perform physical tasks, that’s why at times they ask humans for help”. Their species also lacked females of their kind, and were having trouble in continuing their species. It was difficult for their women to give birth and that’s why they invited terrestrial females to their planet. 

At this point, Alla half got up, intending to put her shoes on, but the strangers stopped her, saying, “No footwear is needed.” Her next memory was in appearing in a large room, evidently on board of a big spacecraft. She saw about three compartments on board and in one she noticed about 20 human males of different ages, the second compartment was empty, and in the third room she saw two adult women that were talking to each other. In apparent bewilderment one of them was saying to the other, “I can’t understand, whether I am still in this world, or already dead and in heaven?” Surprised, Alla wondered why the aliens needed those elderly women. 

At this moment the door opened and the aliens appeared, accompanied by a younger human woman. “Hello” she said to everyone. One of the “captive” men then said, “Here is one more prisoner”. 

Moments later the young woman explained to Alla that she had met the strange entities as she left a dance hall, at which time they proposed sex to her. After getting over her shock, she agreed, since her life was full of marital and family problems anyway. The aliens then performed medical checks on both women and also performed some type of “IQ” test, that including remembering chemical formulas. The aliens were evidently testing their mental capabilities. 

The aliens spoke with the captives in the Russian and Ukrainian languages, but communicated among themselves in a strange “sing-song” language. Apparently Alla did not pass any of the tests given to her by the aliens, so she was apparently returned back to her home. But apparently the other female taken from outside the dance hall remained with the aliens. 

While speaking with the other earth woman on board the spacecraft, Alla noticed five small globe-shaped spheres, resembling ball lighting and seemingly behaving like intelligent beings. They positioned themselves in a row. 

The alien commander then proceeded to tell them something, which Alla understood as, “My dear, you returned! Well go to your place.” Alla then saw six small containers on the control panel resembling ordinary wine glasses; the spheres obeyed and placed themselves inside those containers, changing into the shape of a mushroom.

A young Tatar-Muslim woman named Aihsa reported entering into a series of contacts with aliens from an extraterrestrial civilization from the Big Bear constellation (Ursa Major). At one time a man-like humanoid entity entered her bedroom and communicated with the witness via telepathy. The alien was tall, about 1.8m to 1.9m in height, and was dressed in a dark overall, his face was tanned, and he had large slanted eyes, a long straight nose and a slightly protruding chin. His hand had five long narrow fingers. 

The alien said that his name was “IMA” and spoke about numerous different subjects: God, evil, and about the 5 laws of the Universe. Sometimes he spoke in Russian and at times bright, living images were transmitted directly into her mind like a cinema. She always saw “IMA” in front of her as if it were a holographic image, she was told: “What you see before your eyes, it's not entirely me.” He added, “Information transmitted to you can be so exact to a degree that you will be able to almost touch it.” 

At one point they argued as to the nature of the aliens, Aisha stated that they were neither Gods nor demons and she then received the following answer, “Aisha we are are not Gods or demons. We are not from some unnaturally developed civilization. We are the same people as you are, but based on a different genetic base. So that qualitatively makes us people, men, but not in principle. We are not spirits we belong to the SAINA race”. 

The aliens told Aisha that they were inhabitants of a huge star system called “O-NAVAIL”. Their star was located in the Great Bear Constellation. They call their star system IR-SHIIR. Their planet is called NIASU which literally means, “The dwelling place”. And the center of their entire system (which is a union of 5 different planetary systems in different constellations) is a spiritual entity called TRON. TRON is the collective mind of all the representatives of the system. Aisha later learned that IMA was subordinated to his alien “boss” which is a female by the name of KILAMANS. IMA was supposed to take her place in this difficult system (Earth?) and have a career here. 

Aisha made an astral journey to the alien planet NIASU which she found quite interesting. Everything in the planet was surrounded by stern solemnity, tranquility and as seemed to her, aristocratism. The light there was dim (cloud cover?) but the ultraviolet rays were powerful like in the hottest deserts on Earth. Their cities had many trees and plants, and they built their homes in the immediate vicinity of the water reservoirs, which was cooler than the rest of the planet. 

At one point Aisha asked IMA if they had created the Earth and IMA answered, “We didn’t create anything, everything is the will of the Universe, but we have kept your planet under control since the moment of its birth”. IMA also added that temporarily they had established a base in the area of the Kerch Peninsula (probably under the Sea of Azov). 

They are “the 5^th unit of a galactic star fleet”. IMA is the captain of a flagship named “The floating Butterfly”. They are engaged in guarding and studying the Universe and provide communications within. For some time now they have had responsibility over the human civilization, which was imposed to them as “curators” of Earth. 

On another occasion Aisha was contacted by an alien named LOESU which she considered to be the ideal of inner beauty and perfection. He was tall, dark skinned, with huge slanted eyes, no hair (his head was covered with something resembling a hood) a long nose, wide mouth and broad lips. He had very long and thin fingers. LOESU also had a very muscular chest, which Aisha saw since he wore something resembling a partially opened shirt.

When asked by local journalists why she had been chosen for contact, Aisha answered that the aliens did not have the right to communicate with any human. They have to follow definite criteria to choose the person they were to contact. The “Contactee” must have the abilities that can play the role in expanding humanity’s mind. The person must have the aptitude for comprehending the existence of other civilizations and to promote others to realize the fact. They told her that they would be transmitting information to her and that she “should write it down or draw it”. The aliens told her that they had been preparing her for the final contact and had decided that she met all the requirements they insisted upon. They only asked her to pass the information on to others since they wanted to study their reaction. They also told Aisha that this was needed more by humans than by them, in fact they pointed out that “human souls were the smallest particles of the whole universal soul.” That humans had lost their communication with space and must somehow restore it. 

At one time IMA told Aisha that evil exists only in the mind and that we had the ability to throw it out with our thoughts. That meant that humans must change their attitudes. Only by understanding their role in the Universe can humans re-establish their connection with the Creator. The Creator will then help humans cleanse themselves from evil. But only the humans had the choice to destroy or save themselves. None of the alien races were able to interfere in this.

According to IMA the five basic laws of the Universe were: 1. The priority of Energy. 2. Creation. 3. Non-comparison. 4. Compatibility. 5. Eternity.

Alla, a local woman was in her bed submerged in dark thoughts, her husband and her
three children were alcoholics. She saw no future and had on that night decided to commit
suicide. Suddenly someone knocked on her front door. She could only say, “Who is there? The

time is late”. But she did not have time to react as two strange entities suddenly appeared amid
the room. The figures were generally humanoid in appearance with very black claw-like hands
with long nails. Evidently the entities knew exactly what their purpose was. They then said
politely, but firmly, “Don’t do what you are planning, is better that you come with us.” Where?
For what? And who are you, Alla replied. Her guests explained that they lived in a planet with
“shape shifting beings” that can change their shape and density at will “It is difficult for those
being to perform physical tasks, that’s why at times they ask humans for help”. Their species
also lacked female of their kind, and were having trouble in continuing their species. It was
difficult for their women to give birth and that’s why they invited terrestrial females to their
planet. At this point, Alla half got up, intending to put her shoes on, but the strangers stopped
her, saying, “No footwear is needed.” Her next memory was in appearing in a large room,
evidently onboard of a big spacecraft. She saw about three compartments onboard and in one
she noticed about 20 human males of different ages, the second compartment was empty, and
in the third room she saw two adult women that were talking to each other. In apparent
bewilderment one of them was saying to the other, “I can’t understand, whether I am still in this
world, or already dead and in heaven?” Surprised, Alla wondered why the aliens needed those
elderly women. At this moment the door opened and the aliens appeared, accompanied by a
younger human woman. “Hello” she said to everyone. One of the “captive” men then said,
“Here is one more prisoner”. Moments later the young woman explained to Alla that she had
met the strange entities as she left a dance hall, at which time they proposed sex to her. After
getting over her shock, she agreed, since her life was full of marital and family problems
anyway. The aliens then performed medical checks on both women and also performed some
type of “IQ” test, that including remembering chemical formulas. They aliens were evidently
testing their mental capabilities. The aliens spoke with the captives in the Russian and Ukrainian
languages, but communicated among themselves in a strange “sing-song” language. Apparently
Alla did not pass any of the tests given to her by the aliens, so she was apparently returned back
to her home. But apparently the other female taken from outside the dance hall remained with
the aliens. While speaking with the other earth woman onboard the spacecraft, Alla noticed five
small globe-shaped spheres, resembling ball lighting and seemingly behaving like intelligent
beings. They positioned themselves in a row. The alien commander then proceeded to tell them
something, which Alla understood as, “My dear, you returned! Well go to your place.” Alla then
saw six small containers on the control panel resembling ordinary wine glasses; the spheres
obeyed and placed themselves inside those containers, changing into the shape of a mushroom.
