 I have submitted this writeup on my blog twice before but at this time in our history we need help more than ever. Therefore I decided to submit it once again and hope they hear us and that they will come. This was received by a French pilot who did not believe in UFOs.

Whoever transmitted this translated message to you is irrelevant, and should remain anonymous in your mind. It is what you will do with this message which matters! Each one of you wishes to exercise her/his free will and experience happiness. These are attributes that were shown to us and to which we now have access. Your free will depends upon the knowledge you have of your own power. Your happiness depends upon the love that you give and receive. Like all conscious races at this stage of progress, you may feel isolated on your planet. This impression makes you sure of your destiny. Yet, you are at the brink of big upheavals that only a minority is aware of. It is not our responsibility to modify your future without you choosing it. Consider this message as a worldwide referendum! And your answer as a ballot!

Who are we ?

Neither your scientists nor your religious representatives speak unanimously about the
unexplained celestial events that mankind has witnessed for thousands of years.
To know the truth, one must face it without the filter of one's beliefs,
however respectable they may be.
A growing number of anonymous researchers of yours are exploring new knowledge
paths and are getting very close to reality. Today, your civilization is
flooded with an ocean of information of which only a tiny part, the less
upsetting one, is notably diffused. What in your history seemed
ridiculous or improbable has often become possible, then realized, in
particular in the last fifty years. Be aware that the future will be even more
surprising. You will discover the worst as well as the best.
Like billions others in this galaxy, we are conscious creatures that some name "extra-terrestrials", even though reality is subtler. There is no fundamental difference between you and us, save for the experience of certain stages of evolution. Like in any other organized structure, hierarchy exists in our internal relationships. Ours is based upon the wisdom of several races. It is with the approval of this hierarchy that we turn to you. Like most of you, we are in the quest of the Supreme Being. Therefore we are not gods or lesser gods but virtually your equals in the Cosmic Brotherhood. Physically, we are somewhat different from you but for most of us humanoid-shaped.
Our existence is a reality but the majority of you do not perceive it yet. We are not mere observations, we are consciences just like you. You fail to apprehend us because we remain invisible to your senses and measure instruments most of the time. We wish to fill this void at this moment in your history. We made this collective decision but this is not enough. We need yours. Through this message, you become the decision-makers ! You personally. We have no human representative on Earth who could guide your decision. Why aren't we visible?
At certain stages of evolution, cosmic 'humanities' discover new forms of science beyond the apparent control of matter. Structured dematerialization and materialization are part of them. This is what your humanity has reached in a few laboratories, in close collaboration with other extra-terrestrial creatures at the cost of hazardous compromises that remain purposely hidden from you by some of your representatives.
Apart from the aerial or spatial objects or phenomena known about by your scientific community, that you call ´UFOs, there are essentially multidimensional manufactured spaceships that apply these capacities. Many human beings have been in visual, auditory, tactile or psychic contact with such ships, some of which are under occult powers that govern you. The scarcity of your observations is due to the outstanding advantages provided by the dematerialized state of these ships. By not witnessing them by yourself, you cannot believe in their existence. We fully understand this.
The majority of these observations are made on an individual basis so as to touch the soul and not to modify any organized system. This is deliberate from the races that surround you but for very different reasons and results. For negative multidimensional beings that play a part in the exercise of power in the shadow of human oligarchy, discretion is motivated by their will to keep their existence and seizure unknown. For us, discretion is motivated by the respect of the human free will that people can exercise to manage their own affairs so that they can reach technical and spiritual maturity on their own.
Humankind's entrance into the family of galactic civilizations is greatly expected. We can appear in broad daylight and help you attain this union. We haven't done it so far, as too few of you have genuinely desired it, because of ignorance, indifference or fear, and because the emergency of the situation did not justify it. Many of those who study our appearances count the lights in the night without lighting the way. Often they think in terms of objects when it is all about conscious beings.

Who are you ?

You are the offspring of many traditions that throughout time have been mutually enriched by each others´ contributions. The same applies to the races at the surface of the Earth. Your goal is to unite in the respect of these roots to accomplish a common project. The appearance of your cultures seems to keep you separated because you substitute it to your deeper being. Shape is now more important than the essence of your subtle nature. For the powers in place, this prevalence of the shape constitutes the ramparts against any form of jeopardy.
You are being called on to overcome shape while still respecting it for its richness and beauty. Understanding the conscience of shape makes us love men in their diversity. Peace does not mean not making war, it consists in becoming what you are in reality: a same Fraternity. To understand this, the number of solutions within your reach are decreasing. One of them consists in contact with another race that would reflect the image of what you are in reality.
What is your situation ? Except for rare occasions, our interventions always had very little incidence on your capacity to make collective and individual decisions about your own future. This is motivated by our knowledge of your deep psychological mechanisms. We reached the conclusion that freedom is built every day as a being becomes aware of himself and of his environment, getting progressively rid of constraints and inertias, whatever they may be. Despite the numerous, brave and willing human consciences, those inertias are artificially maintained for the profit of a growing centralizing power.
Until recently, mankind lived a satisfying control of its decisions. But it is losing more and more the control of its own fate because of the growing use of advanced technologies, which lethal consequences on the earthly and human ecosystems become irreversible. You are slowly but surely losing your extraordinary capacity to make life desirable. Your resilience will artificially decrease, independently of your own will. Such technologies exist that affect your body as well as your mind. Such plans are on their way. This can change as long as you keep this creative power in you, even if it cohabits with the dark intentions of your potential lords. This is the reason why we remain invisible. This individual power is doomed to vanish should a collective reaction of great magnitude not happen. The period to come is that of rupture, whichever it may be.
But should you wait for the last moment to find solutions? Should you anticipate or undergo pain? Your history has never ceased to be marked by encounters between peoples who had to discover one another in conditions that were often conflictual. Conquests almost always happened to the detriment of others. Earth has now become a village where everyone knows everyone else but still conflicts persist and threats of all kinds get worse in duration and intensity.
Although a Human being as an individual, yet having many potential capacities, cannot exercise them with dignity. This is the case for the biggest majority of you for reasons that are essentially geopolitical. There are several billion of you. The education of your children and your living conditions, as well as the conditions of numerous animals and much plant life are nevertheless under the thumb of a small number of your political, financial, military and religious representatives.
Your thoughts and beliefs are modeled after partisan interests to turn you into slaves while at the same time giving you the feeling that you are in total control of your destiny, which in essence is the reality. But there is a long way between a wish and a fact when the true rules of the game at hand are unknown. This time, you are not the conqueror. Biasing information is a millenary strategy for human beings. Inducting thoughts, emotions or organisms that do not belong to you via ad hoc technologies is an even older a strategy.
Wonderful opportunities of progress stand close to big subdual and destruction threats. These dangers and opportunities exist now. However, you can only perceive what is being shown to you. The end of natural resources is programmed whereas no long-term collective project has been launched. Ecosystem exhaustion mechanisms have exceeded irreversible limits. The scarcity of resources and their unfair distribution - resources which entry price will rise day after day - will bring about fratricide fights at a large scale, but also at the very heart of your cities and country sides.
Hatred grows bigger but so does love. That is what keeps you confident in your ability to find solutions. But the critical mass is insufficient and a sabotage work is cleverly being carried out. Human behaviors, formed from past habits and trainings, have such an inertia that this perspective leads you to a dead end. You entrust these problems to representatives, whose conscience of common well-being slowly fades away in front of corporatist interests, with those difficulties. They are always debating on the form but rarely on the content. Just at the moment of action, delays will accumulate to the point when you have to submit rather than choose.
This is the reason why, more than ever in your history, your decisions of today will directly and significantly impact your survival of tomorrow. What event could radically modify this inertia that is typical of any civilization? Where will a collective and unifying awareness come from, that will stop this blind rushing ahead? Tribes, populations and human nations have always encountered and interacted with one another. Faced with the threats weighing upon the human family, it is perhaps time that a greater interaction occurred. A great roller wave is on the verge of emerging. It mixes very positive but also very negative aspects.
Who are the 'third party'? There are two ways to establish a cosmic contact with another civilization: via its standing representatives or directly with individuals without distinction. The first way entails fights of interests, the second way brings awareness. The first way was chosen by a group of races motivated by keeping mankind in slavery, thereby controlling Earth resources, the gene pool and human emotional energy.
The second way was chosen by a group of races allied with the cause of the Spirit of service. We have, at our end, subscribed to this disinterested cause and introduced ourselves a few years ago to representatives of the human power who refused our outstretched hand on the pretext of incompatible interests with their strategic vision. That is why today individuals are to make this choice by themselves without any representative interfering. What we proposed in the past to those whom we believed were in a capacity to contribute to your happiness, we propose it now to ... you!
Most of you ignore that non-human creatures took part in the exercise of those centralizing powers without them being neither suspected nor accessible to your senses. This is so true that they have almost very subtly taken control. They do not necessarily stand on your material plan, and that is precisely what could make them extremely efficient and frightening in the near future. However, be aware that a large number of your representatives are fighting this danger ! Be aware that not all abductions are made against you. It is difficult to recognize the truth ! How could you under such conditions exercise your free will when it is so much manipulated ? What are you really free of?
Peace and reunification of your peoples would be a first step toward the harmony with civilizations other than yours. That is precisely what those who manipulate you behind the scenes want to avoid at all cost because, by dividing, they reign! They also reign over those who govern you. Their strength comes from their capacity to distillate mistrust and fear into you. This considerably harms your very cosmic nature.
This message would be of no interest if these manipulators tutorate did not reach its peak and if their misleading and murderous plans did not materialize in a few years from now. Their deadlines are close and mankind will undergo unprecedented torments for the next ten cycles.
To defend yourselves against this aggression that bears no face, you need at least to have enough information that leads to the solution. As is also the case with humans, resistance exists amongst those dominant races. Here again, appearance will not be enough to tell the dominator from the ally. At your current state of psychism, it is extremely difficult for you to distinguish between them. In addition to your intuition, training will be necessary when the time has come. Being aware of the priceless value of freewill, we are inviting you to an alternative. What can we offer ?
We can offer you a more holistic vision of the universe and of life, constructive interactions, the experience of fair and fraternal relationships, liberating technical knowledge, eradication of suffering, controlled exercise of individual powers, the access to new forms of energy and, finally, a better comprehension of consciousness.
We cannot help you overcome your individual and collective fears, or bring you laws that you would not have chosen, work on your own selves, individual and collective effort to build the world you desire, the spirit of quest to new skies. What would we receive? Should you decide that such a contact takes place, we would rejoice over the safeguarding of fraternal equilibrium in this region of the universe, fruitful diplomatic exchanges, and the intense Joy of knowing that you are united to accomplish what you are capable of. The feeling of Joy is strongly sought in the universe for its energy is divine. What is the question we ask you

'DO YOU WISH THAT WE SHOW UP?'  (YES!!!)

How can you answer this question? The truth of soul can be read by telepathy. You only need to clearly ask yourself this question and give your answer as clearly, on your own or in a group, as you wish. Being in the heart of a city or in the middle of a desert does not impact the efficiency of your answer, YES or NO, IMMEDIATELY AFTER ASKING THE QUESTION! Just do it as if you were speaking to yourself but thinking about the message. This is a universal question and these mere few words, put in their context, have a powerful meaning. You should not let hesitation in the way. This is why you should calmly think about it, in all conscience. In order to perfectly associate your answer with the question, it is recommended that you answer right after another reading of this message. Do not rush to answer. Breathe and let all the power of your own free will penetrate you. Be proud of what you are! The problems that you may have weaken you. Forget about them for a few minutes to be yourselves. Feel the force that springs up in you. You are in control of yourselves!

A single thought, a single answer can drastically change your near future, in one way as in another. Your individual decision of asking in your inner self that we show up on your material plane and in broad daylight is precious and essential to us. Even though you can choose the way that best suits you, rituals are essentially useless. A sincere request made with your heart and your own will, will always be perceived by those of us whom it is sent to. In your own private polling booth of your secret will, you will determine the future.

What is the lever effect ?

This decision should be made by the greatest number among you, even though it might seem like a minority. It is recommended to spread this message, in all envisageable fashions, in as many languages as possible, to those around you, whether or not they seem receptive to this new vision of the future. Do it using in a humorous tone or derision if that can help you. You can even openly and publicly make fun of it if it makes you feel more comfortable but do not be indifferent for at least you will have exercised your free will. Forget about the false prophets and the beliefs that have been transmitted to you about us. This request is one of the most intimate that can be asked to you. Making a decision by yourself, as an individual, is your right as well as your responsibility ! Passivity only leads to the absence of freedom. Similarly, indecision is never efficient. If you really want to cling to your beliefs, which is something that we understand, then say NO. If you do not know what to choose, do not say YES because of mere curiosity. This is not a show, this is real daily life, WE ARE ALIVE ! And living !
Your history has plenty of episodes when determined men and women were able to influence the thread of events in spite of their small number. Just like a small number is enough to take temporal power on Earth and influence the future of the majority, a small number of you can radically change your fate as an answer to the impotence in face of so much inertia and hurdles !
You can ease the mankind's birth to Brotherhood. One of your thinkers once said: 'Give me a hand-hold and I'll raise the Earth'. Spreading this message will then be the hand-hold to strengthen, we will be the light-years long lever, you will be the craftsmen to ... raise the Earth as a consequence of our appearance.

What would be the consequences of a positive decision ?
For us, the immediate consequence of a collective favourable decision would be the materialization of many ships, in your sky and on Earth.
For you, the direct effect would be the rapid abandoning of many certitudes and beliefs. A simple conclusive visual contact would have huge repercussions on your future. Much knowledge would be modified forever. The organization of your societies would be deeply upheaved for ever, in all fields of activity .Power would become individual because you would see for yourself that we are living. Concretely, you would change the scale of your values! The most important thing for us is that humankind would form a single family in front of this 'unknown' we would represent ! Danger would slowly melt away from your homes because you would indirectly force the undesirable ones, those we name the 'third party', to show up and vanish. You would all bear the same name and share the same roots: Mankind !
Later on, peaceful and respectful exchanges would be thus possible if such is your wish. For now, he who is hungry cannot smile, he who is fearful cannot welcome us. We are sad to see men, women and children suffering to such a degree in their flesh and in their hearts when they bear such an inner light. This light can be your future. Our relationships could be progressive. Several stages of several years or decades would occur: demonstrative appearance of our ships, physical appearance beside human beings, collaboration in your technical and spiritual evolution, discovery of parts of the galaxy.

Every time, new choices would be offered to you. You would then decide by yourself to cross new stages if you think it necessary to your external and inner well-being. No interference would be decided upon unilaterally. We would leave as soon as you would collectively wish that we do.
Depending upon the speed to spread the message across the world, several weeks, or even several months will be necessary before our 'great appearance', if such is the decision made by the majority of those who will have used their capacity to choose, and if this message receives the necessary support. The main difference between your daily prayers to entities of a strictly spiritual nature and your current decision is extremely simple : we are technically equipped to materialise!

Why such a historical dilemma ?

We know that 'foreigners' are considered as enemies as long as they embody the 'unknown'. In a first stage, the emotion that our appearance will generate will strengthen your relationships on a worldwide scale. How could you know whether our arrival is the consequence of your collective choice ? For the simple reason that we would have otherwise been already there for a long time at your level of existence! If we are not there yet, it is because you have not made such a decision explicitly. Some among you might think that we would make you believe in a deliberate choice of yours so as to legitimate our arrival, though this would not be true. What interest would we have to openly offer you what you haven't got any access to yet, for the benefit of the greatest number of you?
How could you be certain that this is not yet another subtle maneuver of the 'third party' to better enslave you ? Because one always more efficiently fights something that is identified than the contrary. Isn't the terrorism that corrodes you a blatant example ? Whatever, you are the sole judge in your own heart and soul ! Whatever your choice, it would be respectable and respected!
In the absence of human representatives who could potentially seduce into error you ignore everything about us as well as from about those who manipulate you without your consent. In your situation, the precautionary principle that consists in not trying to discover us does no longer prevail. You are already in the Pandora´s box that the 'third party' has created around you.
Whatever your decision may be you will have to get out of it. In the face of such a dilemma, one ignorance against another, you need to ask your intuition. Do you want to see us with your own eyes, or simply believe what your thinkers say ? That is the real question!
After thousands of years, one day, this choice was going to be inevitable: choosing between two unknowns. Why spread such a message among yourselves?
Translate and spread this message widely. This action will affect your future in an irreversible and historical way at the scale of milleniums, otherwise, it will postpone a new opportunity to choose to several years later, at least one generation, if it can survive. Not choosing stands for undergoing other people's choice. Not informing others stands for running the risk of obtaining a result that is contrary to one's expectations. Remaining indifferent means giving up one's free will.

It is all about your future. It is all about your evolution.
It is possible that this invitation does not receive your collective assent and that, because of a lack of information, it will be disregarded. Nevertheless no individual desire goes unheeded in the universe. Imagine our arrival tomorrow. Thousands of ships. A unique cultural shock in today's mankind's story. It will then be too late to regret about not making a choice and spreading the message because this discovery will be irreversible. We do insist that you do not rush into it, but do think about it ! And decide ! The big medias will not be necessarily interested in spreading this message. It is therefore your task, as an anonymous yet an extraordinary thinking and loving being, to transmit it.

I had an experience with what may be an orb on a Wednesday evening, July 2, 2007.  I did not know much about orbs.  After learning a little about them since the experience, I thought others actually saw them as I did on this night, but now I realize most people are only seeing them on digital camera photos.

That night I actually had contact with this "light energy," not only seeing it, but actually interacting with this being of intelligence.  It lasted for about two hours.  The "light energy" was outside my apartment in Branson, Missouri, from 10:00 p.m. until about midnight.  It was originally about 30 feet above me, but came in closer to me -- to only inches from my outreached hand at one point, and then at the end of these incredible two hours, it very quickly moved way up and out into the sky away from me and disappeared.

It was in the form of four somewhat fuzzy white lights, rotating counter clockwise, equally spaced, around and around about four or six times.  Then the four white lights (like a sheer curtain) would meet in the center, make a more solid ball of light, then sort of bounce off each other and then go back to being four separate, equally spaced faint lights, going round and round again.

I had my sister in New York on the cell phone all the time while I was experiencing this unusual happening.  She was scared for me and told me to go back into the house, but I soon did not feel afraid but was rather mesmerized by the experience.  When I saw it at first, it was above the roof, and I thought it was one of those advertising lights.  But when I moved farther out into the parking lot, it moved with me, out above my head, and came down closer to me, always going round and round, meeting in the center, then bursting back into the four shapes of light.

I became curious, and I decided to "play' with it a little.  I moved about 500 feet to a building to the left of my apartment, and it followed over me! I then decided to move up the hill to the highway, where a small strip mall is located.  As I was at the crest of the hill, I reached up, still on the cell phone with my sister, and reached out my right hand.  The "lights" came down very close to me.  One of the four actually separated from the other three, which continued to circle in a counter clockwise fashion above and behind it, and the one light came down to almost touching my finger tips!

When this happened, I just felt this feeling of "pure love and peace"!  It was wonderful!  I remember just feeling totally full of love, and I remember saying to my sister on the phone, "Its beautiful!  It's beautiful!"  But it was not "physical" beauty, because the lights remained sort of dull, fuzzy white features (not colorful or distinctive in any way), but it was the feeling of "beauty" that I was experiencing.  I was totally filled with the feeling of love and peace.

Then I moved up and to the right about 1,500 feet, and the lights moved above me, kept right along with me, over my head.  I sat on the curb for about 20 minutes or so, talking to my sister, totally taken aback by all this.  They moved up and away in the sky a bit, but still quite low above me all the while.  I was watching them go round and round and meet in the center, and burst back into four separated lights.

Then I decided to go back down and around to my apartment.  The lights came with me.  When I came down to my apartment, I actually pulled out a folding chair and placed it in the middle of the parking lot, and sat there talking to my sister - and the light was circling up above me all the time.

Then a strange thing happened.  I just started t think where my camera and the new batteries were - I was thinking about taking photos of this - my friends will not believe it without "proof," and suddenly the lights moved up and way out from me, became four distinct small solid balls of light (like the pattern on a dice) and blink - lights out - and it was gone.  At first, I became scared and thought, Oh, they are going to beam me up!  But they just disappeared.  I have not seen them since.   

This pictures was taken by Lozanna B. at our APRG Christmas party on December 22.  There are four orbs in the picture.  The interesting part is that the bright white orb was closest to Eugene N. who is a healer.  He was talking to a lady that has a tumor in her head about what he could do to help her.  I think the spirit in the Orb agreed with what he was saying.  A phenomenal picture.

UFO ENCOUNTER 1947 OVER NEW JERSEY

Introduction

On July 10, 1947, John H. Janssen, was piloting his plane out of Morristown Airport in New Jersey. Janssen was also the editor of the "Daily Record," an aviation journal.
During his flight, he was surprised to see six, luminous craft of a spherical shape. The objects seemed to have a haze-like ring around them. The unknown objects were high above him, but just close enough to count their number.
He was able to take one photograph, and was only able to get four of the craft in the frame. The picture is of poor quality, but brings up the question as to whether or not he saw six separate objects, or one object with six lights.

Second Sighting

Incredibly, he saw either the same type of, or the identical craft on July 23. His plane was at 6,000 feet altitude at the time of the sighting. He made this statement:
"While my eyes played over the horizon, I became aware of a shaft of light that seemed like that of a photographer's flash bulb. It came from aloft, very high up. It was above that position over my plane's nose that flier's call 11 O'clock."
At first, Janssen thought he may only be seeing a reflection from a very high flying aircraft, but soon his plane began to malfunction. He gave the carburator all it could handle in case he had ice build up. The plane gave one last cough and quit entirely.

Unusual Effect

He expected his plane to nose down, but it did not. Instead, it began a straight, level flight. In Janssen's opinion, his plane was defying the laws of gravity. His airspeed indicator read 0. Despite his fear, Janssen felt a strange, prickly sensation over his body.
He felt he was being watched by someone... or something. He then saw the cause of his problems, a flying saucer, slightly above and beyond his left wing. He could clearly make out a type of protecting ring with portholes around the UFO.
The object was made of a dull, metallic material that gave the impression of industrial strength... something not made on Earth. To his shock, he could now see a second object, which appeared to be fixed in the sky.

Out of Trouble

He made a decision - restart the magneto, which he had turned off during his stall. He turned both of the magneto switches to the on position. The rotor blade began to turn, slowly at first, and then back to its full power.
Janssen said, "The plane nosed up into a stall, dropped off, picked up airspeed, and steadied under control."
What exactly happened to Janssen on these two occasions, was he visited by craft from another planet, could they have been the same beings that crashed at Roswell. We may never know for certain.

Dr. Uvarov, would you describe your UFO research organization in the USSR? What are its activities and function? (Valery has resigned from the research organization he was with at the time.)

Has the Soviet government ever tried to stop you or interfered with you as you pursue your activities collecting information about UFOs and extraterrestrials?

As for me, I can tell you -- never! I have never been stopped, never been hurt or had any attempt in my direction to interfere with me!

That's great. I wish I could say the same about researchers in this country. I understand that in Russia you have personally had contact with a race of extraterrestrials. Can you describe that contact to me? How did it happen?

Actually, my contact began when I was a child, but it is difficult to tell you exactly how it happened. It began long ago. I had dreams about UFOs and crashes, etc. They began early to prepare me to develop my consciousness.

Have you seen them face-to-face -- the extraterrestrials?

Face-to-face, yes... yes, but again it is difficult to describe. It is a very special thing.

What are they like? What are their personalities like?

Like we are. But I don't like the word ET or extraterrestrials. They are humanoids like we are, so I prefer to call them humanoids. They are neighbors to us.

Are they good beings?

Yes, and very intelligent. They are very kind and very specific. They are trying to give us information and do everything possible to get us to understand what they are trying to say. I have never had any problems with them at all. Never.

What do they look like?

Like us. There is no difference that I can tell. The civilization that we are working with are no different from us. They are a bit taller, perhaps a half a head or a head, that's it. There is no real difference. They once told us that the construction of our brains are quite the same, but they have developed their psychic abilities, and we have not.

They are basically the same beings as we are, just far more advanced?

Yes, that is the major difference.

Okay, going back again -- they look exactly like us, but do they have any small physical differences in their noses, eyes, chins or hands anything like that?

They look exactly like us -- just a little taller.

Can you tell me what the information is that these people have been giving you since you made open contact?

It is very difficult to explain everything here in such a short time.
The information is about how our universe is built, the construction of the universe. The construction of the chrono fields (explained later), how to move with the laws of movement -- and laws of creation. Again, it is very difficult to explain.

Was there any specific information to help the human race?

Yes, of course. In our contacts we have received information on the future of our planet. We have talked with them much on this. We have great upheavals in store for us and they have explained how we can make it less intense, how we can prepare ourselves for these upheavals. We have received information on how to build ourselves up (energywise) and make ourselves stronger as well. We were told how to build ourselves up psychically. This is going to be one of the key ways to survive -- to create, let's say, a new generation very quickly -- a people with a new level of consciousness, an understanding of the earth changes to come. This will result in an understanding of the laws of the universe and so on. And people with these new abilities will be able to stop, or to control, the difficulties which are in store for us.

Have they given any kind of a time frame in regard to when these upheavals will begin?

Well, let me put it like this: We have about a year and a half to prepare ourselves -- free time -- then the next ten to fifteen years will be the deciding ones. (From 1993) If we make it to, say, the year 2010, we will be all right. I cannot be more specific on that because that is all I have been told. (Interviewer note: There are some things I think he preferred not to divulge.) I have also been told that there is a small possibility that nothing major will happen at all. It is a possibility.

So what you are saying is that we have the power to change events on our planet -- the future, especially in regard to major earth changes, or cataclysms?

Yes. It is actually our exclusive right. But we are not using that right.

Are you still in regular contact with these beings?

Yes, but now it is more of a telepathic nature. If something serious comes up, we can have contact when we need to. They contact us by telepathic means or by sending us pictures. It is like a screen. We see the pictures they send on a screen in our minds. We have been receiving much information recently about chrono pits. These are time fields. In different parts of the universe time moves at different speeds, and these chrono pits are very localized. A chrono pit has anomalous points. These points are points of transition from one dimension or universe to another -- or from one time or solar system or star system to another.

You mean portals?

No. Not exactly. It's an entrance. When these beings were originally researching in these areas, they received (from a higher source) information about a special kind of corridor in space. They now move through these corridors with their ships at a speed much higher than the speed of light -- for instance, if a light beam moves at normal speed in normal space, it goes at an established speed. But, in a chrono corridor the speed is incredible. This is true with any object that enters the chrono pit. There are many of these corridors in our universe; that is why they fly so fast. One of my friends in Russia has had contact with a civilization situated at a distance of seventeen million light years from us. They told him that they move to our planet through one of these corridors in five seconds.

We have six of these chrono pits in our country. That is why there is so much activity there. (I understand from a reliable source that the Soviets have located these corridors, and monitor them closely with very sophisticated electronic devices.) There are twelve chrono pits around the world, and six are in the Soviet Union. These are two in the US, one is in the Bermuda Triangle and the other is in Arizona. The Bermuda Triangle corridor is the biggest and most powerful on the planet.

Have they mentioned to you that they travel, or project in consciousness from one place to another? Can that be their primary means of propulsion, or power?

Yes, they can. Of course, consciousness is the great power, anyway. Humanoid civilizations of higher levels can move through the universe with or without spacecrafts. They use different types of energy frames. They can transform their bodies into pure energy and move like an energy ball, or I might say, an information ball -- and then transform themselves back into a physical body. They do it very easily. For example, they can take their matrix, of which there are three types: physical body, astral body and matrix body. They very often contact us in their matrix bodies. (I think what Dr. Uvarov means by a matrix body is a projection. In other words, a type of bilocation, when the physical body stays in one place and a nonphysical aspect is projected to a second location. Evidently a matrix body differs from the astral body in that it travels on lines of magnetism through time and universes.)

Do you know of any negative or harmful UFO or alien activity in Russia? We have a lot of abductions here. Do you have anything like that there?

To tell you the truth, I have heard about only one case. It was a very, very strange case in which a person was abducted. I can give you the information later. And no one that I know of has been hurt by aliens.

That's interesting, because we have a lot of abductions here in the US. Even one or two (or more) cases of aliens killing humans, for unknown reasons.

What is your opinion of the UFO and alien activity here on the Earth? Why do you think they are here now in such numbers? So many different races? Do you think they have different goals, different assignments?

Yes, of course, they have different goals. They have the greatest wish to make it clear to us that (as a race) we are living out of the Law -- the Law of the Universe. We are turning back on ourselves -- reversing our progress. If we want to go up, to develop, we must always live in the Law. The high civilizations are trying to communicate with us to give us this Law.

You mean they are trying to get us back on the track, the right track?

Yes. Trying to get us back on the track. As soon as we do this we will be a part of the laws of creation -- a part of the space, or cosmic, community. Right now our morals are very low. I think in the very near future they are going to come to us and then our consciousness will develop so that we can be mutual with them. Then we will share equally with them the problems of the universe. We will be partners there.

You have some recent, quite extraordinary photographs of the British crop circles. What do you think they are? Do you think they are some kind of language?

I can tell you that I think they are a formula, a scheme of transition from one dimension to another. It is their way of showing us maps to prepare us for the future. Sooner or later we will use the information contained in the crop circles.

You mean they have given us the visuals -- now we have to figure them out?

Yes, I think they are a formula scheme. Simply that.

Introduction to Sighting
 
Recently, I was contacted by Lawrence Gessner, former Sheriff in Sheridan County, city of McClusky, North Dakota. He related a UFO sighting to me, and sent along copies of the original police report, titled "Unidentified Flying Object Report." The report references an event that occurred on July 10, 2003.
The report reads as follows: 

On 07-10-03 at approximately 2300 hours, my wife Kelly went outside on our back deck to have a cigarette. While she was looking up into the southeastern sky, she noticed a small formation of three or four stars. 

One of the stars shot straight down and stopped. A series of red lights came on, and the object started moving in a northwest direction. She yelled for me to get out there, and when I got outside I saw what I first believed to be an aircraft, except the red, white, and green lights were in a vertical formation, not horizontal. 

Description of Object
 
I now noticed that the speed of this object was relatively slow. I listened, and heard a muffled sound much like a jet aircraft makes. The object got closer, and I estimated it to be about 1,000 feet in the air.

It was just light enough to make out a silhouette. The object was longer from top to bottom than it was from front to back. It had depth to it, and if I were to associate a shape to it, I would say diamond-shaped. 

The craft had two small, red lights on the front of it, and two small, red lights on the rear about in the center of it. When it got closer, I noticed several larger windows that projected light from inside the craft. 

Light Configuration
 
There were three larger red and green lights running vertically along the front edge of the craft. I was trying to pay attention to as many details as I could, and the one thing that stands out in my mind is that the speed was so slow and the muffled jet engine sound did not match and the sound was farther behind the craft.
I also estimated this craft to be around 100 feet long and approximately 200 feet high. It was moving too slowly for its size. The sky was lighter in the west, and I was hoping that when it got in a position that the sky was lighter, I would be able to tell what it was.

Shaped Like a Diamond
 
As the craft got to this position, I noticed the diamond-shape of this craft, and that it was not flat, but did have some depth to it. We had been watching it for approximately 30 seconds. I knew it was right over my deputy's house, so I ran inside and called him. 

I told him to go outside and look up, because there was some sort of UFO over his house. My wife had run out to the front porch, and I went outside and she told me about the same time I said UFO that the craft stopped, the red lights went out, the jet engine sound stopped, there was a soft, white glow around the back of the craft, and the craft shot straight up and disappeared. The craft was approximately 6-10 miles away at this point. My deputy called back to tell me he saw nothing. 

Witness Credibility
 
I have spent 14 years in the U.S. Air Force, all of them around jet aircraft. I cannot explain what we witnessed using any logical means. Our Law Enforcement dispatch center is handled on a state wide basis. 

I called State Radio and identified myself by my unit # 4610, and inquired if they had received any reports of strange aircraft or UFO reports. I was told NO. They informed me that if they did, they would notify me.

Human Like Figures Appearing On The Top Of Hovering Craft


Date: December 12, 2003 Time: Evening

On December 12, 2003, about an hour before it got dark, I decided to go look for pieces of wood to make Christmas gifts. Along with me was my 12 year old nephew, a girl his age, and my mom's dog. We first went to an abandoned house nearby, about a quarter mile from our home, then to an old graveyard called "Penniston cemetery" on Nipgen road, in Ross County Ohio. As we were leaving the graveyard I noticed a very bright light had appeared hovering over it, and mentioned to my nephew that maybe this was the same star that appeared when Jesus was born (I am not a devout religious person, it was just a joke). As we walked down the road towards the house, we observed that the light was "following" us , moving very slowly, and hovering over a nearby hilltop that runs the length of the road. When we got to our lane, the girl left to go home because it was now dark outside, and I think the light may have frightened her.

Walking towards our home, I noticed that the light had stopped moving along the hill, and was now hovering stationary, directly behind our house. I decided to go investigate further, having an interest in this subject, and hoping to get a closer look. We went inside first and put on warmer clothes (there was snow on the ground, and it was very cold outside) and we also grabbed flashlights. When we walked outside, the first thing I noticed was that all the dogs in the neighborhood were barking. We had to walk through a wooded area and up the hill to get to the spot where the light was located-which was on top of the hill and over a large open field. Our dog followed us, as it was accustomed to do. When we got to the clearing of the field, we saw that the light was hovering just over the trees on the opposite side of the field-which is rather large. It had gotten much brighter since we first saw it, I would estimate it to be about the size of a full moon.

It was a bright white light, and was not moving at all. I suggested to my nephew that we should signal it with our flashlights, just to see what would happen. So we began blinking our lights off and on, and moving them around in a circular fashion. To our astonishment, the light began to signal back to us, by first blinking, then moving around as we had done with our own lights. Then it did something I was not expecting, it started changing shape. It took many different forms, some that I recall was a pyramid, and a five pointed star. These shapes were made in a grid like pattern, three dimensional, like something you might see at a laser show. Then it returned to its original shape which was round and it began to glow with a purple light. The color of it was that of a black-light, like the fluorescent lights used to make posters glow.

Then the whole field became enveloped in the same purple colored light. But it did not make our clothes glow, or our skin change colors, as I recall the lights from the 70's doing. We stood looking at this latest development, and I remember telling my nephew that something very strange was about to happen, and I also warned him that if things got out of hand, I wanted him to run home (being quite aware of alien abductions, and not wanting him to get hurt). Well, as I stated, we stood gazing up at the purple globe, when the strangest thing occurred. We noticed human-like figures appearing on the top of it, as if they were coming out of the globe, and were standing on its top.

They began to wave and gesture at us. I estimated about 4-5 of these figures, so the globe had to be bigger than an automobile in size, and was much closer than I had imagined. I had thought that it was very high in the sky but after seeing the figures, it was obvious that the globe was actually hovering directly over the trees on the other side of the field! As if this wasn't weird enough, we then noticed that one of the figures had detached itself from the globe, and was "floating" down from it, and coming slowly in our direction. We were so intrigued and fascinated by what was happening, that it didn't occur to either of us to leave. But I noticed that the dog had run off into the woods to hide as soon as the entity got closer to us. Soon it was right in front of us, and was standing within arms length from us.

This entity was made of the same purple light as the globe, and it seemed to me to be a hologram of sorts. It had a dimension to it (it wasn't a flat image, like a projection) and appeared solid, although it was made completely of this purple light. It's appearance was odd looking. It was humanoid, but it had no facial features (no eyes, nose, mouth, ears, etc). It had arms, but I saw no fingers, and it appeared to be wearing a long robe which covered its body completely, except for its head and hands. We attempted to communicate with this strange being, we spoke to it, and my nephew tried to offer it a book he had found earlier in the old house, but it just stood very still and silently before us. We did not feel afraid of it at all, in fact, I felt very calm considering what was happening. I then got an idea,and reached my hand out to it, hoping it would see it as a friendly gesture.

The entity then reached its hand out and put it on mine! I did not feel any pressure on my hand, it was as if it was not even touching me. As I stood there holding my arm and hand out, my attention was broken when I noticed some smaller red lights approach the field and encircle it. These were blinking lights, and there was four of them, one at each side of the field. I noticed one light move from the formation, and go to the purple globe, then it went back to its position. When I looked back at the being in front of us, it had disappeared while I had been watching the red lights . (I later asked my nephew if he noticed what had happened to the being, and he said that it had suddenly floated back up to the globe when the one red light moved over us. I do not remember this happening at all, and can only figure that I lost a few moments of time, a memory lapse once the entity touched me.)

The light which had enveloped the field had now also gone and the globe had lost it's purple glow and was white again, and slowly began to sink down behind the trees, as if it was landing in the woods on the other side. We both began to get this strange feeling, as if there was "something else" in the field with us that we could not see. I felt as if something was watching me from the now darkened area, and we both became very cold. We had not noticed the coldness of the night while everything was happening, but now we were freezing, and scared. So I told my nephew that now would be a good time to run home, and we both ran into the woods, down the hill, and into the house locking the doors. We discussed what had just happened for awhile and I decided that it was best that we didn't tell anyone about it, because no one would believe us, and my sister would probably be very angry at me for allowing him to go into the woods at night to investigate a UFO, let alone finding out that we actually came into contact with its occupant!

The next day we hiked back to the area, looking for evidence of our previous experience, but I didn't see anything unusual. But that night, something strange did happen. I stepped outside to do my business, and I noticed a large, dark figure crouching down in front of the house. I thought it was a person trying to hide, so I reached inside to turn the outside light on. When I did , there was nothing there. I turned the light back off, and there was the same black figure, in the same spot, crouching closer to the ground. It then stood up, and appeared to be some kind of animal, like a panther or something. It suddenly leaped into the air, and landed about 20 feet away, behind a nearby building.

The following night I was sitting in the dark watching TV, when I noticed out of the corner of my eye that somebody was sitting beside me on the couch. It was a small figure, about the size of a five year old child (about 3 foot?), but when I turned to look directly at it, nothing was there.

The night after that I was in the kitchen and I saw this face peering in the window at me. It was the face of a grotesque looking woman, and this time I was looking right at it. It vanished as I stood staring at it.

I have never seen anything that resembled a ghost before in my whole life but since my encounter with the entity made of purple light, its as if I have developed a very acute psychic ability, and I am now able to sense if a person's house or an area is haunted, and have actually seen several ghost like images in them. It's as if when the alien touched my hand it gave me some kind of psychic "powers" that I didn't possess before.

For instance, my other sister had just recently moved into a house in a nearby town called Knockemstiff, and one night I saw an old man's reflection on the front storm door. It looked like the man was standing in an archway behind me. Another time I saw a "ghost dog" in her house, I sat on her couch and watched it walking behind people, wagging its tail, it laid down in front of her furnace, and when I reached my hand out to it, it got up and sniffed me, just like any real dog would do. We later learned that her house had once been the site of the local bar, that the town actually got it's name because of this bar's reputation of violence, and that people had died there. A friend of hers was taking a bath one night and was dragged under the water several times before he managed to get out of the tub.

Beside her house is the site of an old covered bridge, where a girl and boy were murdered one night in the 1800's. You can verify this by looking up "Haunted Ohio" on the internet, and then looking under ghost towns where you will find Knockemstiff listed along with its ghost tales. The guy who investigated these stories said he went to find the bar where a lot of the stories were centered around, but he couldn't find it because it is now my sister's garage! (Someday soon I'm going to try to contact him and send him photos and such. If he would have just stopped and asked someone who lives there, most of them are aware of this fact.)

Well, Brian, my fingers grow tired so I'll have to save my next story for another day. Oh yeah, one more thing. I was watching a show late at night about UFO's, and they mentioned MUFON on it, so I looked them up on the internet, contacted them and they sent investigators to interview us. They published our story in the MUFON UFO journal the September 2004 number 437 issue. But I didn't care for the way they presented it. At the end of the story, they stated that Vega, Deneb, Altair, and Venus were bright that night, and that "atmospheric conditions" could have made the stars appear to change, and then later contradicted themselves by saying the weather reports agreed with our story that visibility was clear that night, and that the area is in the flight pattern of Wright Patterson AFB. I know we did not see stars that night and that the humanoid we saw was not an air force pilot, unless they are testing something very unusual on civilians (but isn't that always an easy excuse for strange sightings?).

They did state that it did not appear that we were trying to deceive them (why would we even bother making up something that strange?) Hell, I didn't even want to tell anybody about it for quite a long time knowing how skeptical people are, especially since this event doesn't fit everybody's notions of little grays poking at people and they gave it a rating of 4 in terms of strangeness and reliability. (4 in strangeness?? Good lord, how much stranger can a story get????) And I don't even know how serious they are about their investigations anyways, I offered to take them to the sight where it happened and none of them wanted to walk up the hill to the field, and on the cover of the journal is a sketch that looks like a child drew it and states under it "is this drawing of a college's roommate, the face of a hybrid?" I don't know, it just made me wonder if these guys took any of this serious, or was it nothing more than a "weekly world news" investigation?

It did make me glad I didn't tell them about what happened after the incident, they would have dismissed the whole story as fake! I hope that you can look at this with an open mind. There are things going on in this world that just cant be categorized from what I've learned after moving to Ohio a few years ago, there are a lot of very strange goings on in this state. Bigfoot sightings, crop circles, reptile-like humans, countless UFO sightings, phantom lions (just last year), emus causing car wrecks, ghosts, its a crazy area as far as strange phenomenon goes. All you got to do is get on your computer and checked this stuff out. I'm not making it up!

Date: 1998                  Time: late night

The witness who lived alone in a 2 bedroom apartment was suddenly awoken not by a noise (or one that she could remember) and was looking at 2 small beings in cloaks that covered their heads and only left shadows where the face should have been. She looked behind them to see a taller one. The taller one was a little slumped over due to the fact it was taller than the ceiling allowed. 

What surprised her was that the first thing she said was “not again”. She was on her right side laying down when she made a fist and proceeded to strike one of the smaller entities. She drew her arm back to hit one of the small ones but it suddenly held up its hands to stop her which it did. She came within an inch of its hand but could not move any further, it felt as she was pushing down on an opposing “magnet”. 

Her next memory was of being led (she could not remember if her legs were moving) to a disk shaped object that was leaning against her bedroom wall. She then leaned into the disk shaped object and found that the material she was leaning into was very soft. She sank into it. The material was black in color. The disk then lifted her into a laying position and proceeded to float toward the bedroom wall that leads outside. She thought or spoke out loud that there was no way that she could go through the wall. But she apparently went through it, it did not hurt but she could feel going through it. 

When they were outside she felt that someone was definitely going to see what was happening. The disk then floated up and she became very sleepy, she fought it but her eyes closed. The air was blowing on her face and she knew that she was going up. 

Her next memory was of waking up in a room that was all white. No straight edges anywhere, on the walls the floor, doors and window were all rounded edges. She got up but does not remember what the bed looked like. 

She walked towards some curtains that were blowing in the wind and the closer she got to the curtains she realized that it was some kind of balcony. She walked outside and was amazed at the beauty of it all. The sky was pink, a beautiful pink and there were white clouds. The more she looked at the sky the more she realized that the clouds were not like the ones on earth. It almost appeared that they were “simulated” to look like clouds. She noticed that there were ripples in the pink sky, just like when you drop an object in water and get the ripple effect. She looked down and saw a huge lake also pink in color and rippling. She looked back up and thought, “Oh I see there is a dome over us and is reflecting the water.” 

As soon as she thought this a small being touched her hand and she became sleepy again. Her next memory was of waking up in the morning with a big chunk of her sheet in her mouth.
